Details of Disappearance:
Fabiana was last seen leaving his residence in the Puhi area of Lihue on the island of Kauai on the evening of August 16, 2011. It is unclear if he left on foot or was picked up by someone. Fabiana has never been seen again and his whereabouts remain unknown. Few details are available in his case.

Kauai police asking for public's help in missing man case | Honolulu Star-Advertiser

Kauai police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 49-year-old Lihue man. Rollin Fabiana was last seen at his home on Aug. 16, 2011.

Just pointing out Rollin's teeth here. You can see in the photo a front tooth is either missing, discolored, or something. It wasn't mentioned at NAMUS, but it could be a good distinguishing characteristic.
