I am so glad that both Jim Spellman and Mike Brooks have not taken their focus off of jersey. I believe that the key to this case is jersey. Until LE lines all of the evidence up that is needed, jersey isn't going anywhere.

heavy emphasis on Jersey. equally heavy emphasis on the parents needing to talk to police.

i wish Vinnie would show more current pictures, he shows that close up infant picture more often than any other picture.
And this proves my point. It is the MEDIA that has latched onto this older picture. The flyers up now have that one in a small inset with the more current pics as the prominent ones. Why doesn't the media use the more current pics that are so plentiful?

seriously. that little segment with Jim and Mike pretty much summed up my feelings on the big points in this case. it's important for the parents to talk to LE some more, and i hope they do, but it's also important to not forget about that phone call. i need a reason for that phone call, before i come off of this fence. it happened for a reason.

both Mike and Jim said that Jersey is the number one person they would like to talk to.

I was wondering that too when the PI said that never before had anyone with that phone called the Irwin home .So then the question becomes how did that person get the number my first thought is the phone book maybe but then i also think since jersey has a handyman maybe he had worked on some things for the irwins home .

Cell numbers are not in the phone book. Who ever called that number knew it. If it was not entered into the phone, then who ever called it actually dialed it.

BS said that he hasn't talked to witnesses because he does not want to interfere with the investigation by KCPD. that is the reason he gave.

Also, the fact he isn't licensed as a PI in MO might make it difficult (illegal?) to do any investigating himself. He never fails to mention that he isn't investigating (i.e., isn't running afoul of any regulations). ;) JMO.

Yup! Discussions about that phone call are in all our various threads. It is THE MOST important thing in this case for my thinking. I don't like to repeat myself, but I have on this issue. I do not think DB made that 11:59 phone call to MW's number. However, as I've written before, I think there is a chance, albeit slim, that the phones and missing BL are not connected. I've said I think Jersey stole/found the phones earlier in the day.

Not one person has come up with a reasonable theory as to why DB made that MW phone call. There have been theories, but they have been weird and unbelievable.

Too much time and effort is getting spent on talking about DB's drinking.

I new it was from a cell phone I didn't know it was to another cell phone. But I also said that since jersey did alot of work for the people on the block maybe he did work for them also , Its pretty clear that there is some inner circles here so Im not surprised that somebody knew the number really...

He didn't do a lot of work for a lot of people here. Most of us didn't even know who he was. He did a little bit of work for a few people.

Unless you or someone followed him around which clearly wasn't the case how would you know . Im sure he did a few things with out your knowledge.

Because he as been a BIG topic of the neighborhood since this happened and I know most of the people in my neighborhood. Most of us have lived here together for more than 20 years and a large percentage of those have been here more than 40. We talk!

Interesting. First lawyer says he's doing everything he can to keep Lisa's story out there and get all the publicity they can - even talked about AMW.

Then, on to the "cancelling of the vigils". And he says the family is continuing the vigils - but just keeping them private - immediate family - don't want people congregating on their front lawn. Well, for me - if you keep public vigils going, people coming together - wouldn't that help with publicity? Keep Lisa in everyone's mind?

IDK - maybe it's me - but that attorney went from one side of his mouth to the other in about 10 seconds flat.

He also got a little snippy when he starting asking "well, WHERE would you like them to go search? Where are they supposed to be looking?"

Oh well, JMHO. So sad for Lisa.

With no new info and the family getting back to a "normal " life, how long will these high profile attorneys hang around? My guess is,they will turn their clients over to a local attorney soon.

Why don't the parents wear a shirt with a current picture of Lisa on it? This has been an issue since the beginning, it all started with the original T-Shirts. If I recall correctly, the media also uses the recent photo, the animal print dress on baby Lisa, while at the door, in addition to the infant one. The infant picture should not have been used at all in this case.

Or, it may have been a "drunk" dial. Or simply, the wrong #. I transpose #'s all the time. It may be that simple.

I thought Picerno was a local attorney.

I`ve always believed he is the `key`to finding Lisa.

If that were the case, someone drunk dialed or transposed numbers, then that person needs to buy lottery tickets. The chance that a mis-dial would go to mw's number is astronomical. jersey is the link there.

The population of KCMO is 450,375, some coincidence, huh.
