He was arrested in April 96 I think sentenced in 99. I don't know what was going on in between. I will keep looking but I can't find him now.

THank you good reading and a different perspective. His father did indeed go to West Point and graduated I located the record and photo....and perhaps his grandfather who was discharged for his math grades.

This guy is my #1 POI

Robert Shulman’s brother confessed to helping his brother dispose of bodies & hindering an investigation. His brother lived in an apartment in same house as his brother during the murders. Robert Shulman’s brother was sentenced to 2 years for his participation. There is no overlap in his sentence & the Manorville Butcher (MB) murders that I could find

Robert Shulman’s hunting grounds were Brooklyn & Queens. LISK’s hunting grounds were Brooklyn, Queens, NYC & Long Island. Manorville Butcher’s hunting grounds were Long Island, unknown.

Robert Shulman’s dumping grounds were Yonkers, Brooklyn, Melville & Medford (Westchester county, Kings county, Suffolk County). LISK dumping grounds were Gilgo Beach. MB’s dumping grounds were Hempstead, Ocean Parkway & Manorville (Nassau county & Suffolk county). If we include Cherries, it is also includes Westchester County.

Robert Shulman dismembered bodies and scattered different body parts in different counties. LISK left bodies intact. MB dismembered bodies and scattered different body parts in different counties.

Robert Shulman’s victims were identified & non-identified. LISK victims were all identified. MB victims are identified & non-identified.

Robert Shulman’s victim was traced down because of a tattoo. He said he would have cut out tattoo if he knew that. MB victim Jessica Taylor found with tattoo sliced up.

Robert Shulman’s mother was said to be neglectful. His mother committed suicide, along with a brother (not same brother as body disposal helper).

Robert Shulman used Rubbermaid trash cans, garbage bags, sleeping bags, sheets & towels and one victim was found wrapped in jute carpet backing (burlap is made from jute & carpet backing looks a lot like burlap) . MB used Rubbermaid storage bins, garbage bags, sheets & towels. LISK wrapped his victims in burlap. (Wrapped may be incorrect, the trial transcript was vague).

Robert Shulman beat his victims violently. LISK strangled his victims. MB beat some, rest unknown.

Robert Shulman’s attorneys believe he confessed quickly so as to keep investigation off his brother.

Robert Shulman’s brother lives(ed) in Long Beach, which is on the South Shore and close to Ocean Parkway.

Robert Shulman used his brother’s car to pick up victims. His brother used his car to dispose of victims.

Robert Shulman hunted in Queens. LISK made a reference to whorehouse in Queens when phoning victims’ relatives.

Robert Shulman’s brother commuted to NYC to work at post office at some point. A call was made to relatives from Penn Station. (Not sure of his employment dates).

Robert Shulman made comments that prostitutes hate and kill people and that they committed crimes and did not pay taxes.

Earliest known MB victim is in 1996. Robert Shulman was arrested in 1996.

Some of these are very loose connections, but the overall picture is there.

Regarding Cherries and Westchester County: Cherries Torso washed up in Harbor Island Park in Mamaroneck, Westchester across the bay from where one of her legs was found washed up in Cold Springs Harbor Nassau Long Island and the next day another leg washed up in Cove Neck Nassau Long Island.

Point being if you look at a map Harbor Island is right across the bay from the other locations in Nassau County Long Island.

Depending on the tides the parts could have been dumped from a boat or dumped in Long Island on the Nassau shoreline, depending on the winds and the tide the torso drifted across the bay to Harbor Island from Long Island.

I also live on the east coast waters not far from Gilgo beach. I have had jumpers from the Verrazano Bridge in Staten Island wash up on my private beach and I live in a different borough of NYC, not Staten Island.

I would not be so sure that those parts were dumped in Mamaroneck Westchester NY waters.

If so, he would have been in prison 2000-2002. I cannot find the actual date he went to prison. The only possible overlap is Manorville body found in November 2000. I have seen reports of the body being there months & some saying longer. It's tight, but potentially feasible.

I would agree. I figured they were either dumped in Westchester & floated to Nassau or vice versa. I am not familiar with which was more likely or the currents of the Sound.

What about this guy. Is an Ex-Hartford CT police officer, Julio Camancho. He met Delgado in 1992.

He had 4 children with 4 different woman. One of the woman/GF went missing in '97 with her young daughter. She was found in in Columbia Lake in western NJ in November 1997. Her head and hands were missing. The precious 4 year old is still missing.

"There has been nothing to boost their hopes--only suspicious, anonymous phone calls made to two sisters' homes with no one speaking on the other end of the line".

During his marriage to Debra Camacho, records say, Julio Camacho began relations with two other people -- Rosa Delgado and Celeste Morales -- while patrolling the streets of Hartford. He fathered a child with each. With Morales, he denied paternity until it was proven by blood tests and ordered to pay child support.

In 2001, he admitted to a 1995 and 1997 rape of two women. 5 others came forward with similar allegations. Julio was 1 of 7 Hartford police officers accused of committing sex crimes while ON DUTY during this period.

"Police also seized a New Jersey map with notes tracing a route to the region of New Jersey in which Delgado's body was found, as well as a macabre library -- 20 books on serial killers and committing the perfect murder. One of the books had passages on decapitation and amputation as ways of concealing the identity of a corpse.

While I don't think Darling Doe is Rosa, could it be possible he fathered another child and that child and mother went missing as well? Would they have his DNA when he was convicted, could that be matched to Darling Doe?

I meant to say that I believe liskers and Manorville butchers are one and the same. I have always believed it was one killer or one group of killers. I believe the motive is the making of Snuff filmsand bodies have to be disposed of in a business like fashion. Does not mean I'm right and I am certainly an amatuer.

Pretty good profile Maddalena1 sounds like James Burke fits perfectly, I hope the FBI has confiscated his hard drives unless he destroyed them a long time ago. Unless he had a 3rd party like Brewer do the internet work.

Thanks DQN! I did try that already. Because he served with Suffolk County & not part of NYS DOC, he isn't listed & unfortunately Suffolk County only has an online lookup for current prisoners, not past. Will keep looking.

I like your theory!I was working on this today and I mapped out the drive from Hartford Conn to Columbia lake where Rosas torso was found it's about three hours and then I checked out the drive time to where Peaches was found and then the toddler the route is the same general direction from Hartford and about the same drive time or a little shorter. Also, Peaches has the Connecticut connection re her tattoo supposedly being done there.
