"That discussion had apparently taken place on Friday when Stowe and Gwyn had met about the Holly Bobo murder case in Decatur County. According to law enforcement sources, Stowe expressed displeasure at that time about the TBIs performance on the Bobo case."
"At Tuesdays meeting, Gwyn apparently told law enforcement personnel the TBI would stop performing investigations in the 24th District at Stowes behest."

It sounds like the TBI is dragging their feet returning the (discovery) evidence results from their labs. So much so that Stowe is going to get another lab to do the work. It just makes sense to me if they were doing things in a timely manner he wouldn't be displeased with them.
Isn't Stowe's complaints inline with the constant criticism that has been touted by others against the TBI in this case. I still cant understand why it took them three years to arrest these three defendants.
If their labs aren't returning the results back to Stowe after this long then they should have their hand slapped. They aren't the one who has to answer to the Judge and they know it. If they are stalling on returning the evidence needed in this case then it is Stowe who gets raked over the coals for it. And if they are slow in letting him know what evidence they have uncovered in their ongoing investigation... I can certainly see why he has a problem with them.
I bet they haven't even gotten around to accessing the cell phone data yet from Pearcy's phone.
