Holly....
Its hard to believe a brand new year is about to begin.
5, 375 days.
That's how long you've been gone.
You are missed.
You are loved.
You are not forgotten.

I’m curious what others think of Hayes’ testimony. He never came forward during the trial. Says he didn’t realize the significance of the gun shot he heard that day out by the river. According to Autry, he and Zach went out there to dump Holly in the river but she was alive and Zach ended up shooting her in the back of the head. After that they heard a boat and skedaddled with Holly back in the back of the pick up.

Hayes was the man on that boat. He says he didn’t know it mattered to the case until he heard Autry testify. But he never came forward because he didn’t know who to call. He is also childhood friends with one of the investigators on the case. It seems to me he could’ve called his friend and told what he knew at that time. It all seemed too convenient. JMO

Nothing of that story makes sense. Holly was taken to the location of where her body was found, her phone sat there for 20 minutes approximately (evidently to rape and kill her) and then the phone began moving again towards Parsons. None of the circus theatrics the prosecution tries to spin match the timeline. She was not moved, they didn't make turns raping her or videos of her, they were not bickering on what to do with her, etc. There was simply no time for that. And that's the hard, undeniable evidence. Not gonna add that none of these stooges even remotely match Holly's killer description.

This was a crime done by an experienced criminal who had probably done something like this before, who knew the environment and did it in a very blitz-like fashion. The ridiculousness of a couple of hardcore junkies who can barely function pulling something like this is fantastical, but even if they could do it, the timeline again doesn't match with the testimonies.
