My opinion is based on stranger/slight acquaintance abduction/murder adult victim statistics.

Snipped by me.

Can you provide a link to these specific statistics? Thanks!

Just to clarify, his MO would refer to his modus operandi -- his way of doing things. That wouldn't be the same as his motive. Asking about his MO would be a 'how' question, whereas asking about his motive would be a 'why' question.

Either way, the posts immediately above yours, so far as I'm aware, have nothing to do with the questions you've asked.

Well I wanna know his MO as well. I don't wanna know details. I just want to know once her in the woods...then what? I mean how did he get away with all this with out others seeing him. Where did he take her?

I think that is what we all want to know. :(
No details have been released, AFAIK. The only thing we know for sure is ZA has been arrested for the abduction/murder (I hate hate typing that) of Holly. The rest is speculation, at best. hth.

I keep thinking about that "proof of death" and I do wonder what that could be.

I've wondered if maybe just maybe this sick guy documented his crime with pictures and videos. Its just me wondering I have nothing to base this off of. But just seems to me they don't have a body but they've gotta have something solid on him.

Yes, I'm just catching up again but I can't get this idea out of my mind. I've always wondered if "the findings" of that easter weekend that was kept secret for so long, which I believe was the cell phone...maybe contained a photo or message. I'm just speculating and am probably wrong, but I just can't shake that thought.

ITA. No one here knows exactly what took place after poor Holly was abducted. All we know is proof of death has been established, and 🤬🤬🤬 ZA has been charged. I think, MOO that to speculate on the travesties that Holly might have endured, is in extremely bad taste. :( MOO

I have been on another thread and just checking in here today. Have they released evidence for proof of HB's death? ty

wow that guy looks like he's a meth addict or sumthing ...

can i ask how this all came about like where did he come from what led the cops to him

and can the brother maybe make a Id i know he never saw his face but in general i wonder if the brother clint i think his name is was taken in to look at a line up ..

:seeya:

1st BBM: Yep ... I remember seeing ZA's "rap sheet" but could not find it ... but I found this from the Jackson Sun:

Zachary Rye Adams was charged with at least 53 offenses ranging from traffic tickets, to drug charges, to aggravated domestic assault before the day Holly Bobo was abducted, according to a review of court and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation records by The Jackson Sun.

2nd BBM: This is the $64,000,000 million dollar question, imo ... and cannot wait to find out !

:please: for Holly and the Bobo Family !

IDK. If a trial date has been set, it prolly won't be till next year, IMO. I'm no help at all, huh?

I think we can all agree that Holly was a victim of a horrendous crime, speculating further on details of what other atrocities may have occurred will do nothing at this point, especially because there is nothing that has been said per LE on these possibilities. We may one day know what happened minute by minute, or never know what exactly occurred. However, my I only hope is if we do find out she was subjected to even more cruelty than we know so far, it's only released to us in the course of ZA being prosecuted. I understand at WS we like to know every detail, as it helps build the profile of a killer, and lends understanding to motives, but I do not think explicit speculative details will help anyone, especially anyone related to the victim if they were to read here.

At this point, nothing was released by LE. We don't even know if they found her body. One thing we can speculate on is that she was probably buried because of the coercion charge and his statement to his brother that he would kill him and bury him in the hole with her (paraphrasing).

Considering he wasn't charged with sexual assault / rape we can also speculate that they need to find her body as proof or they have her body but either don't have the proof or he didn't rape her.

Some family members do read here by choice and some even become members and participate. We had a missing person case in Ontario, Canada and the wife of the deceased participated in the discussion. COD is still unknown in that case but appears to be suicide, IMO. Jeffrey Boucher is the deceased.

Could be and they just needed more evidence to get him. IMO an informant went to the investigators and it was enough to execute the search warrants.

I am assuming she was assaulted sexually but that is based on who I believe her murderer is as a "human" being. I do not need to speculate on the exact nature of what she was subjected to or how long etc.

I worry we will know far more about that topic than we want to by the time this is all said and done. I try NOT to think about what may have been her experience. Trial may place that information in my path whether I want it or not but for now, I am happy not to dwell on such things.

Not a place for family to read though rarely if ever a place to invent additional crimes committed after the known fact of one crime having been committed and an arrest made for it. Speculation based on filed charges is one thing; graphic accounts another.

All very good points and I agree. I hope the families do not read here. I think the important question/legal point whatever you want to call it, is can they convict the suspect ZA of capital murder and kidnapping without having a body. I just don't know, and maybe some of you do who know more about that. Once again in this case all we know is a vague "proof or death".. That's fine and I think LE and the prosecution at this point needs all the leyway in the world and I know we all feel for the Bobo family and there privacy, however to convict, and especially to get the death penalty, I can't help butwonder if that's possible without a body. There were at least three other meth/other drug related especially aggravated kidnapping and murder cases in TN since the 1993 murders by James Tatrow, that TBI Director Mark Gwyn mentioned in front of the TN Legislature; Megan Maxwell(knoxville-2009), Megan Sharpton(Tullahoma-2012), and Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom(knoxville, TN-2007) - http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2013/may/19/horror-of-christiannewsom-killings-in-focus/.
All three cases were very heinous and horrific in nature...

Although the TBI Director's reference to the meth relation in Holly Bobo's case was later played down by TBI executive officer Illana Tate, imo. Imo, this reference by the TBI Director was a result of leakage, and the worst case scenario in Holly's case should be expected.

Meth questions emerge dramatically in Holly Bobo Case

See post #438 page 4 - the James Christopher Tatrow especially aggravated kidnapping & murder conviction appeal that TBI Director Mark Gwyn referenced along with the Holly Bobo case.

My interpretation of LE's handling of the case since the initial warrants is that they have statements from people who claimed that he told them various things, such as he took her and/or killed her, and that is the basis for the charge. It is possible that they may not have much more than the account of her abduction and statements from jailhouse "snitches" implicating him. He is apparently a bad guy, from who such behaviour would be expected, so perhaps they felt they just had to go with that.

It is my understanding that a Grand Jury indictment replaces the need for a Preliminary hearing in which a judge makes a ruling as to whether there is enough probable cause to bind the defendant over for trial. Secondarily the evidence for the probable cause remains secret within the Grand Jury, thus not being disclosed until trial.

I would be absolutely amazed that a TBI Special Agent and an FBI Special Agent would even consider asking for such an indictment based on mere "hearsay" evidence. Much less a sworn Grand Jury to hand down the indictment in less than two hours. Just because LE is not showing their cards, doesn't mean they don't have a winning hand.
