Imo, all it shows is how clueless THAT jury was and THAT jury demanded that the state be overburdened with elements that didn't have to be proven in the first place.

They were so shallow minded they didn't even know how to link up an overwhelming amount of evidence. They demanded to have a 'video tape' kinda show more like CSI than dealing with reality in a courtroom. That is why Caylee was denied justice.

99% of jurors "get it"

The Anthony jury demands is only a reflection on THAT one case[/B] and those set of jurors only. It was such a controversial verdict that the jurors have had to hide out because most people followed that case knew they overburden the state and did not uphold their oath to follow the law.

It is not in anyway a reflection on all jurors in this country because jurors sit in courtrooms here every day through the week and mete out convictions base on the same set of laws that the Anthony jury was suppose to follow but didn't.

It shows you can't take a jury for granted. We live and breathe these cases.
Mr and Mrs Average citizen do not!

I agree. There are no slam dunk cases and I don't think one Prosecutor goes in thinking it is.

But what is also shows is cases like the OJ, Durst, and Anthony jurors like this are anomalies in the court system. They rarely happen, and that is what makes the verdicts so controversial and cause so much outrage. Even those that didn't keep up with any of the Anthony case had enough commonsense a logic to know those jurors were fruit loops seldom seen in our justice system.

The Anthony jurors are a disgrace and I imagine by now they knew they blew it big time and that is why they have gone underground. The tragic thing is they cant go back and give justice to Caylee after they were the ones who denied the justice she deserved. I truly hope it haunts every one of them to their dying day.

They were even too clueless to put two and two together to come up with four. No child runs down to a swampy area...jumps into three bags and duct tape their face.

And children who really died from accidents don't windup the way Caylee's remains were found either. They possessed no critical thinking.......none of them. But children who are murdered do windup being thrown away like trash, hidden from view, and the parent hoping they are never found. That one case will go down in infamy as it should.

Not one other case could ever be found where a child had accidentally died and wound up being hidden away in the condition Caylee's was found in. Not one, so they couldn't even pull on their own life experiences to come up with such knowledge about another case happening before because there are none.

Jurors must possess commonsense when applying the law and they didn't have to be rocket scientists either to connect the CE altogether.

But this case is not happening in Florida and they will not be sitting on this case, thank goodness. I truly hope none of them are ever called for jury duty ever again.
