I was looking for the other story of the young couple...there is a start of a thread here for Christopher Mittendorf and 17-year-old Kristina Branum

People have told me Kristina was in a motel room in Parsons, tied up, their hands behind their backs, they were on their knees, blindfolded,"

I believe there is a recording. When most people think of tape we usually think of videotape. But there are many ways to record events now and in the last three years. I have believed this since shortly before that presser. I have waited since for MSM to mention a video or tape.

This is the reason I have believed this: The day of the presser and previous court hearing, there was a picture of Zach standing there with his attorney. He was standing there like a scolded child and Thompson was shaking her finger at him. I will have to go find the photo but I believe we all remember it. There was a tweet that accompanied that photo either from the reporter or photographer in regard to Zach "confirming" a TBI "rumor" that a video existed. The tweet was taken down within a short time, but the photo remained. Therefor when I went back to link it I could not. I suppose because they were disclosing attorney/client conversation.

I think it was this reporter that asked at the presser about the video and all the air got sucked out of the room. IIRC she asked if there was a tape of the "rape and killing of Holly that existed". TBI and District Attorney tossed the question like a hot potato. The recording may only be the "party" and who was at the party and not the actual killing.

I believe the "video" IS the "witnesses".

JMO's

I think the video will speak for itself too... however; I do think they have a strong witness now that is really opening up about everything that happened. I think it was this witness that told the TBI that the video exists and who's cell phone it was videoed on. I think they got a subpoena for the cell phone and recovered the video even if they had tried to erase it.

I think the most important charge is not the AATF but the TAMPERING with EVIDENCE. For it to be tampering with evidence it has to be something that is very material to the crimes against Holly themselves.

Some 'over there' are speculating that it may be a video of the A-Train gang later on bragging about the murder afterwards. But IMO if that is what it is then they would charge the Pearcys with obstructing justice and not tampering. Tampering with evidence is the key to what this really is and imo its a video of some time period when Holly was being kidnapped and repeatedly raped or even murdered or even as she lay dead after the a-holes murdered her.

And one Pearcy could have taken the video but also could have sent it on to the other brother's phone. They both would be equally guilty of tampering if they tried to hide or destroy it in someway.

It even makes me wonder if they took Holly in order to make a real life and death snuff 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 film.:banghead:

IMO

April 2014 Holly Bobo Press Conference;

Video evidence question 8 min & 48 seconds into the presser

Holly Bobo - Press Conference - April 29, 2014 - YouTube

:seeya: Thank You, Foxfire, for posting this !

Okay ... so this is what the Mr. McAdams says -- with a significant hesitation IMO -- after the reporter asks the question about the video:

McA: No. Let's leave it at that point.

JMO but I think they definitely have "something" ...

Good Morning Everyone!:seeya:

This will be a drive by post today since I am very busy working outside.

But I wanted to comment on your linked article, Golden before I get back to work again.

This is one case where some of the rumors and gossip seems to have been true. "Over there" it has been said several times for sometime now that a video had been made, and now I think based on this article, it is true.:(

As everyone knows by now I have always felt that Holly was kidnapped to be raped and tortured by the A-Train and any of their followers.

I truly believe that Adams is worse than any monster we have seen in any horror movies. I firmly believe he kidnapped Holly and then contacted all of his 🤬🤬🤬 buddies to come over and have their way with Holly for days on end and they came in droves.:(

I cannot even begin to comprehend what Holly had to endure being attacked by these people that are worse than a pack of rabid animals.

I think the saying we have always heard may ring true in Holly's case. "Sometimes living is much harder to do than dying.' Holly knew she was never going home again. I think with death she knew that was the only way peace would come. God bless her sweet soul.

I hope and pray they round up everyone of these vile perverted sick monsters and ask for the death penalty for all of them. They do not deserve to breathe the same air as the Bobo family.

IMO

Anybody that can read *over there*, and stay sane, deserves condolences! :floorlaugh:

Exactly. There is a world of difference between an alibi eyewitness and a eyewitness giving a description of events.
Years ago in one of my criminology courses, at the start of the lecture, a guy ran in, removed something from the professor's desk, and quickly ran out. Well, we were just in shock at what had occurred. Then our wise old professor starting asking questions. :)
We were a small class of 16, and not one of us agreed on the description of the guy, what he was wearing or even what item was taken. In fact, one student insisted the 'suspect' had spoken. The lesson that day was how eyewitness testimony is subjective. Hope I explained that right. I am not a very good story teller. And all is jmo and based on life experience.

Thank YOU! :loveyou:

OBE, on this we have always agreed. I too have always believed Holly's abduction and end were exactly as you detailed and it breaks my heart for her. Monsters. I think it was about degrading and torturing someone whose light shone brightly. Someone they could never aspire to be or have. A place to direct all that rage. A way to feel powerful for having been responsible for snuffing that bright light whose mere existence taunted them.

Rest in Peace Ms. Bobo.

Monsters indeed, tlyca, soulless monsters/inhuman creatures on steroids...meth..

There's a lot more to it than that. Psychopaths (now often coyly
labelled sociopaths) are the only real persons, places, things, in
their world. The rest of us are figments of their imagination, in
effect, to be manipulated and used in anyway appropriate and
convenient to their needs.

If they believe it to be ultimately useful
to their purposes to be kind and generous and considerate towards
someone, they will -- without limit, if helpful to their ends -- or
if they believe it to be more convenient to destroy someone, they
will.

There is no such thing as truth or lies external to them --
which explains why such persons can readily pass lie detector tests,
for example.

A quasi-religious psychiatrist I knew said they were born without
souls. A philosopher long ago came to literally believe that there
are people in this world who are actually not really human beings,
but who absolutely emulate the real thing and are basically
impossible to recognize as non-human. I think he was trying to
explain the psychopath.

Every single time I put in the name Kristie Baugus Moon, it links back to Holly as well. Many questioning why LE didn't search for her, or the attention paid to her disappearance as Holly's disappearance had.......So I did get real curious...

Mind you take this as a grain of salt, if you want...most of what I will say can be confirmed with articles, tho a lot of links are dead I suppose due to how much time has gone by...However some names still come up in certain blogs and certain other forums.

Most think that Micheal Pearcy killed Kristie ( it is known he beat the holy living crap out of her) and when he was getting pulled over, they say Mark Pearcy was in the truck with him. ( possible father/son )?. Micheal was killed in a shoot out with police, critically injuring ( not killing ) a then police officer, who later became Sheriff Roy Wyatt.
It is "rumor" that Micheal Pearcy had killed Krisite and fed her to the pigs and that Mark has bragged he knew this.

Now the name Mark Pearcy has once again is in the news, due to tampering with evidence....

Such a small town with so many many skeletons that they know longer can be held in that proverbial closet.

Yes, Foxfire. I just last year threw out/got rid of a boyfriend that is, to me, a psycho-sociopath.
Used me up till there was nothing left. Charming and handsome and generous when he could be. Bipolar alcoholic, too.
I never looked back and didn't cry once. So happy to wash that out of my hair. I was lucky.

Those are pretty standard yearbook photos. There are likely 100000 that look just like that.

I know they are pretty standard, I was just surprised at their choice of clothing. Black is nice because it goes with everything, but they both have the off the shoulder styled, long-sleeved top, with a pearl necklace. Broadly, very standard, but in the details, interesting because there are millions of other combinations and outfits that are worn by students every year for their pictures.

All I can say is I predicted back when the news first broke about the searches of the Adams property where excavators were brought in and vehicles seized that we would find out some awful awful things, that by the time trial is over we would wish we could un-know many of the specifics.

I stand by that statement. What we are going to see and hear described in excruciating detail is something I wish we could all be spared, most of all Holly's loved ones.

:(

:(

ETA MOO in case that wasn't clear.

I think most photographers use a drape for the formal senior photos. That's what was done when I had my senior photos taken many years ago. The drape used in our photos looked just like you see in the photos posted. Most of the girls also wore pearls or a some sort of long necklace in the photos. The guys had to wear the upper portion of a tuxedo.

I agree but I wasnt thinking about the background just how much these two girls in general are so similar, and two very well-covered (in the media) disappearances. So sad that they remain unsolved, but sometimes it feels like the massive amount of coverage a case can get can sometimes work for the better or for the worse. Prayers and thoughts to Holly Bobo & her loved ones & Natalee Holloway & her loved ones as well.
