How did TH lure Kyron out of the school and into a vehicle? (possible theories)

  • #41
I dont think this child even made it to school. I cannot believe that Kyron and step mom went inside, he posed in front of his project and no one saw them. Not a one.I think she took this picture somewhere else. She probably gave him something tomake him lucid and then took him somewhere and broke his neck. She is an ex-bodybuilder. I could not stand the look on the face of this friend of step mom.

But people DID see both Kyron and TH that morning. Mrs.Zimmerman, head of the PTA saw them together. Her daughter saw them together.Another teacher saw them together. Kyron's teacher,Ms. Porter saw them both together. There is a lot of information in this case.Lots of reading...I can understand you thinking Kyron didn't go to school, I thought that myself at one point early on. But, as I read more, I believed differently....

Re theory this is strictly a kidnapping: No one he knew would have given him directions or taken him because he would be returning and would be able to tell.
Murder theory: No one cared what they said after all his time was about to expire so he was no threat.

this is just my ~theory~ based on Terri's email:

She tells Kyron that they will be going to the doctor... Kyron mentions it to the teacher or is talking about it... Terri says, 'let's go look at the exhibits' (her email about baby K's doctor visit was very confusing... as was the part where she says "how did the teacher mess that up" ) So I am thinking something slipped out about the doctor appointment story she fed to Kyron.

She takes his picture and says okay we have to hurry because baby K is in the truck with "mystery person" and they go out the side door.

Also, in addition to the photo of Kyron with his project, TH took another picture of Kyron's friend with his project that morning. The friend's mother was there and attests to that.

Add to it, "I've arranged for Aunt Dee Dee to take you to see a cool electrical experiment, but don't let anyone see you leave. The other kids will want to go too."

I have always thought that the "cool electric project" played into it and wholeheartedly agree on your assessment. I think it was a big secret that nobody was supposed to know about and it would be quite easy to pull off as a "sick" parent. Everyone knows you can just about lead a 7 year old anywhere if they trust you.

respectfully snipped.

I agree 100% that the doctor story was for the school and not Kyron.
Plus whatever she told him, a surprise or something like that....he was told it was a secret and should not tell. Why? Cause children talk. Kyron could have easily said to his friends at school that morning, Oh I am doing to the doctor...or I am going to have a special treat after this.

So either the child was told there was a secret surprise he must not talk to anyone about....or the fact that his things were placed in the class...perhaps he was told AT THE LAST POSSIBLE MINUTE...to go back to the car to bring her something and someone kept him in the car.

What ties really well with this? THE NEED FOR ''UNTRACEABLE'' CELL PHONES. Why they were important? FOR COORDINATION PURPOSES. Otherwise the two women would have agreed on a specific time and place to meet. But having the two cell phones perhaps was so they can coordinate down to the minute when to drive the car on the side and when to tell the child to get out.

Another important things. Terry KNEW INSIDE OUT THE LAYOUT OF THE SCHOOL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE HABITS OF THE TEACHERS-THE STUDENTS-AND THE PARENTS. Where the staff parks, where parents park, where there are BLIND SPOTS - nobody can spot you coming out from the side entrance if people were gathered in specific areas of the school.
PLUS With with one cell phone each they could have been coordinating when to tell the child to get out, the moment nobody inside the school or outside the park was there at the very exact second.

So my question is: DID ANYONE SEE TERRI TALKING ON THE PHONE THAT MORNING INSIDE THE SCHOOL PERHAPS? That would be interesting...

IMO

Great analogy!!! I think the same thing... I just had to quote you because it has very valid points!

Since he left w/o his backpack, he was likely told he would return to school later.

I think she MEANT for his backpack and coat to be left in the classroom. Less evidence to hide.

Bouncing off this...

Lookout person (waiting in truck) texts TH to tell her the coast is clear. Then TH says to Kyron "Oh shoot! I almost forgot! You have a doctor appt this morning. We have to go NOW if we're gonna make it in time. Don't worry about your coat/backpack, you'll be back later anyway. Here, let's go out this way (side door), so we don't have to deal with the crowds at the main entrance." Lookout person drives truck around to side entrance. TH puts Kryon in the truck and they are outta there!

OR......
she could have sent Kyron out the side door, and said she would meet him at the truck with his backpack and jacket??

Do we have reports of witnesses seeing her leave w/o Kyron?

Because I think it would be a little risky to depend on him to leave on his own. He could easily have been stopped and questioned, especially if seen going toward an exit.

But if she were leaving hand-in-hand with him, she could keep a lookout and wait until no one was in view before ducking out the side entrance with him.

So, if anything, I think she might have told him to look around and meet her somewhere *inside* the building (at the bottom of the staircase, for example). That way witnesses might have seen him alone at some point. But I'm not even sure that much happened.

Just my speculation.

I just can't see her risking he'd tell someone he was leaving. Kids that age don't keep secrets.

It's not only risking he's tell someone he was leaving - it's risking that he'd say he was leaving with Terri.

"I have to go. My mom (stepmom, however he referred to her) is taking me to the (doctor, zoo, electric project, Starbucks, whatever)."

She couldn't have that.

Or even "My mom's friend (insert name) is taking me to the (doctor, zoo, electric project, Starbucks, whatever)."

If he could be counted on to tell the truth if asked, "Did you tell anyone that we're going to X together" she could just have abandoned the plan if he said yes. Go to X together and no harm done, except he missed some school.

Knowing all the routines / policies of the school, choosing that day, was what she may have thought was the perfect timing. If she knew it would be "open door", then waves good bye with witnesses, why he must have been taken by some bushy haired stranger. I think she was flummoxed when they put the heat on HER story. I think she thought this would be treated as a stranger abduction pronto, amber alert, etc at 10am.

I just don't think she had to lure him. She's the parent, so says to Kyron, come on, and that's it. Kids that age ask LOTS of questions, it may have been easier to not tell him until the last minute. It could be many things and maybe it was, but I don't think it needed to be. jmo
