HOW does the State Prove it was not George?

Cindy wasn't the only person that loved that little girl with all of her heart. George loved her just as much. He was devistated when she went missing and then found dead. I remember when he wrote those notes and went to that motel with the thought of taking pills and ending his life. He didn't do it but just drank and thought. I think that was a cry for help from George. He said that he just wanted to go be with Caylee. I can understand how he could have felt like that. There is no way that George would have ever hurt a hair on Caylee's head. If he had found that baby in the swimming pool I think he would have called 911 and started CPR on her. He would have never wrapped her up in bags and thrown her in the woods. That baby was his life just the same as she was Cindy's life. When Casey got out of jail it was George who tried to make her tell him where Caylee was. Cindy stopped him. He wanted her to just mark on a map where Caylee was. Cindy stepped in again. People say "well George didn't call 911." He didn't need to call...Cindy was calling. He did talk openly to the police and the FBI. This man is no molester or baby killer or anything else. I'd like to see Casey get up on that stand! The Pros will rip her to pieces and I will enjoy watching them do it!

ITA and hope that in the States rebuttal they will show GA was at that interview when this alleged drowning happened...the State submitted the time cards for both GA and CA...what a devious road to go down...blaming GA might just backfire on the DT, which will backfire on ICA...maybe she will go down in flames...JMHO

Justice for Caylee

They didn't prove it was a CAPITAL crime, though. This is a capital murder case and the state could not and did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Caylee was murdered...meaning that someone intentionally, knowingly and purposely killed her.

No one is asking the jurors to check their common sense at the door. The baby was stuffed in two trash bags and discarded in a trash dump with duct tape on her face, after which her mama partied like it was 1984 until Cindy Anthony tracked her down like a dog in the snow. Any other conclusion than murder would involve something like, 'and then aliens came down and . . . '

Well the real question is does the jury have the pertinent info to debunk all of these claims. I can debunk them too. I think Casey should be convicted of MURDER. But I know a lot more than this jury does because a lot has been held back.

And, when I said he 'knew' the burial site, what I meant was that he knew of that area, just like Casey did. NOT that he knew the body was there.

And I am concerned that the DT might be able to create some very reasonable doubt by throwing mud at George. imoo

With the exception of the AA woman who doesn't want to judge anyone, I have faith in this jury. I could be wrong I hope I am but I feel she has an agenda.

exactly - nor is anyone telling the jury that in order to convict they must have zero doubt about every sliver of evidence presented by the state.

I really, really hope you are wrong, Scamperoo, but I fear you are not a good candidate for being wrong as you generally seem to be right.

I don't want to fall into the trap that the talking heads are spouting about this juror. My mother always tried to correct me judging people right off the bat, one time at check out at the grocery there were two older people who had very few items and I felt sorry that they couldn't afford more. The well dressed woman right after them used food stamps and then paid a lot for the items the stamps didn't cover. When we got to the car, mother said the old couple may have only needed a few things and used shopping as an outing. She thought perhaps the other lady was shopping for a relative that needed her help. I just did not know the facts. It has taken me many years to remind myself of her lessons. This juror did not want to be on the jury.

I think when the jury starts deliberating, any doubts about a certain thing will be discussed freely. With the time already spent together, they kind of know each other. It is hard to know what in the world the DTwill attempt to do to George but I feel if he can control his temper and disdain for JB, when he is crossed by the state, they will clear up the molestation and hiding of Caylee's body. The SA has already disproved much of what the DT has presented so far, I have faith.

So maybe I was on the right track when I started this thread. I really thought that this was going to be the Achilles tendon for the state. This was a perfect way to deflect blame, point the finger at an intense looking older former cop, rather than a tiny, innocent lost lamb.

I wish the state had taken this DT theory more seriously. Although it may not have helped in the end. But I wish they had used cell maps and other things to create a timeline for that morning. But God works in mysterious ways. So I will let it go and just hopes it is alright in the end.

You have to wonder if there were not certain jurors who just kept at it wearing the other one's down before deliberation. Of the jurors we have heard from they all pretty much say the same thing, formed their opinions on the same issues, have questions about issues that could have been resolved if someone were paying attention to the testimony or just simply looked at the evidence in the room with them. It does not sound as if that happened. No one, so far, liked GA. GA did not help matters and one has to wonder if it wasn't by design. One juror said KC appeared to be sincere. She never said a word. They found her guilty of 4 counts of lying to LE but she was sincere. I'm starting to get it. jmo

Do we have a link for CA's cell records somewhere?
I found some statements GA made to JA about CA calling him on his cell I'd like to delve into. But I'd rather check them out before bringing them up.

The nursing student sounded very adamant and even 'outraged' that the state tried for murder one. The way she describes it the state had NO CASE AT ALL.
I think she wanted it spelled out and drawn on that big paper with a crayon or something, like baez did. She even said [paraphrsing]" It was easy to see how the pool incident happened, but that chloroform stuff, I could not follow that, it was like A to B to C , too confusing."

In my opinion, anyone who wanted to vote guilty for manslaughter, like 6 did at one time, would have had an impossible time trying to argue with her. She was very obstinate, in my opinion.

I know that I saw them somewhere but not sure where exactly. If I find them I will return and link them.
