Hmmm, reading this makes me think his attorneys will be negotiating with the DOJ and putting this on a fast track so the Judge will accept a plea deal. I don't expect him to abide by these terms at all. JMO

Important from yesterday: David Weiss and Hunter Biden signed the pretrial div. agreement *before* the hearing. Then *at* the hearing, DOJ and Hunter's lawyers had a huge disagreement about what exactly the agreement meant.

I am gobsmacked at the amount of money that Archer has to pay back as part of his sentence. He was involved with Burisma and Biden:

I trust Garland. I don't believe he has appointed any Special Counsel for purely political reasons.

What I'm tired of are the corrupt members of Congress not doing their job.

Biden's truth-stretching was also known: both Johnny Carson and Robin Williams did jokes about that, decades ago. (Easily searchable online.)
In other words, Obama could not have 'not known'.

I remember Biden's many failed attempt at running for president, where he lied, plagiarized, called Obama “first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy”, so, yeah, Obama knew what he was doing when added Joe to his ticket.

The investigation into Hunter Biden goes back as far as 2018. Obama's presidency ended in January 2017.
