The “Last Photo” of JonBenet has been cropped from a larger image. It may or may not be from the White’s party. It may be before the White’s party. Law enforcement does have the photos taken at the White’s party. They had the photos at the John and Patsy interviews.

The BPD Search Warrants cite a lot of computer, DVD, VHS stuff, along with Computers and their contents, the family cameras were seized and the photographs developed, so if John is suggesting the Last Photo of JonBenet was taken at his house, then BPD must have returned the photographs to him.

The question is, how does John get to publish his, or are those at the White's Party who also took photographs of JonBenet not had their media returned or been told not to publish them?
