agree. the good thing though is that murder one means no bond.
this will happen to casey very soon.

An old friend of mine was murdered this past year. A family member is being charged with First-Degree Murder and he has been out on bond (one million) for a while now (even allowed to travel out of state). I don't know how it works in Florida, but in my state they can still have a bond set.

ETA: It's kind of a similar situation to this case...family is, basically, supporting the accused. They loved my friend dearly, but they have been in 'protect mode' ever since the death. I understand loving and protecting your family members...but the guy took another family member's life.
