#MullisTrial State rests its case. Judge Thomas Bitter has denied a defense motion for a judgement of acquittal. Defense had argued evidence only proves Amy Mullis died violently, not that Todd Mullis was perpetrator. Bitter rules state’s evidence is enough to continue

Yes, odd choice of attire - especially the color. I studied fashion and textiles in college. I remember in a class called “The Social Psychology of Clothing” where we learned that dark colors are often associated with “dark” things. Look it up - it’s actually a fascinating topic. Seems they would put him in a lighter button down - maybe a light blue dress shirt.

Crazy that the State’s detective did not know that your Google search history can be synced across multiple devices as long as you’re logged into that account. The Defense tried poking holes in this, saying if someone else had access to the account their searches would also show up under his account. The Google search results were from google, and what was connected to the ACCOUNT not the actual device. We heard a rare objection by the State when they tried to drive this point home. Very interesting to say the least, and eye opening into what so called professionals and experts may not know.
So crazy! I almost fell off my chair!

I really feel like the State dropped the ball in this case. I believe Todd is likely the killer, but I feel like the investigation wasn’t thorough enough - leaving room that someone else could have committed the murder. Just my thoughts.

Those internet searches, lordy. It's not exactly "How to kill your cheating wife with a corn rake", but still.
