DES MOINES - The Des Moines Police Department is asking for the communities help in finding 82-year old Carolyn Hockensmith. She was last seen at the 2800 block of East 16 Street in Des Moines around 4 PM. She is believed to be driving her red colored 2009 Chevy Cobalt, Iowa license plate ANU 611. At the time, a possible destination is still unknown.

Carolyn is described as a white female, 5'4" tall, around 130 pounds, with hazel colored eyes.

Anyone with information about Carolyn's location is asked to call 911.
