Courtney Elsbernd, 27, was last seen on Thursday, November 7 in Waterloo. She is 5’3″, approximately 145 pounds with blue eyes and curly dark blonde hair. Courtney is possibly wearing glasses and has her hair up.

She is driving a red Ford Ecosport with either no plates, a Dick Whitman plate or an Iowa license plate lQL831.

The Waterloo Police Department has been provided with information from another law enforcement agency that Courtney Elsbernd has been located.
