Found Deceased IA - David Anthony Rice, adult, Wapello, 11 Dec 2019

David Anthony Rice was reported missing, last seen wearing a brown Carhartt and/or a red flannel shirt with black sweatpants at his cabin near Wapello on December 8 before a neighbor reported seeing him on December 11.

Rice is six feet tall, with a thin build, a prosthetic on his right leg, and has long dark hair and a long beard, also grey and dark in color.

Last seen Wednesday the 11th by his neighbor. Sunday the 8th before that by family at his Cabin near Wapello.

David, has a right prostitec leg, from the knee down thin build, 6'0" long dark hair, with long beard also dark/gray in color.

Last seen wearing brown carhart, and or red flannel shirt and black sweatpants.

David does not drive, he had a stroke last year and does not get around well.
