You are aware that dates can be changed on Facebook for each post, right? You can add a new post today (or whenever) & backdate it & it will look like you posted it for whatever date you choose.

I don't recall seeing any of the post referencing religion the first time I saw her "new" Facebook. Her wall has been edited. She has an older one besides this "newer".

Not trying to defend MCM in anyway and I have no idea what her religious beliefs are or when they started, but when it comes to FB, I have to defend my observations. I own a business that provides FB apps and I have an extremely intimate understanding of how FB works and what you can and cannot do.

You can only edit dates of posts if your account was upgraded to the Timeline version, which hers has not been upgraded. Second, if you edit a date, it doesn't change the date of the post, it simply places it in the right location on your timeline, but it borders it with a different border.

Also no one has any control over the datetime stamps of comments and her religious posts in March have comments with March dates.

I can't pretend to understand what it's like to have a missing child ... however, I do know exactly what it's like to have a potentially dying child. It just wouldn't dawn on me to pray to Jesus that it's up to him to decide whether my child lives or dies. I prayed that my child would live.

I hate to say it but i can see me saying dead or alive because the not knowing would kill me. But i can't see me saying that 2-3 weeks after my child goes missing. The search would go on for sometime before those words come out of my mouth. But everyone is different. JMO

I was hoping this case would not join the "unresolved in limbo" status as are those of Lisa Irwin and Isabel Celis. But today I feel this will be a long drawn out situation.

I just don't understand how children can disappear this way and remain unfound. It's an epidemic and so very sad.

I can see me saying dead of alive as well. I think the unknowing would be the end of me. If I believe in a Christian God then I believe that even if dead, my child is with God. I would want to know. I would want a body to lay to rest. I would need that closure.

So yeah, I can see a parent saying that, particularly a parent who is part of a Christian belief structure, be it an existing belief system or more recently obtained one.

It would be easier for you to put those posters that you don't want to listen to on ignore then to ask a whole group of posters to stop their conversation just because you do not find it useful. JMO

I didn't ask anyone to stop their conversation. I asked for someone to let me know when they do. It is true that I don't think scrutinizing if someone talks at god or to god will help solve this case, but I did not ask them to stop.

These girls have been missing all afternoon and the search was suspended tonight now that it's dark here. We're a small town next to a larger city but a small police force that has likely never dealt with missing kids.. Bikes found on the trail and purse and phone had been thrown over the fence near the bikes but the other side of the fence is a hill leading to the highway. Right now the search is very disorganized and there aren't any flyers .

What if we everyone is telling the truth. All witnesses that we have heard about including Gma and Aunt Tammy. So all the times match up or pretty close? Where all did the girls ride those bikes?

Aunt T ( hunch to go to the lake
TG 12:20ish saw bikes
MrC 12-1 saw girls turn around
Person at lake that told TB they went that way 230 i believe he/she said

I really, really don't like FB and reading most people's FB pages for me is akin to chalk on a blackboard.

Howevah! I do realise I'm at a disadvantage in online sleuthing by not having better knowledge of FB and what can or cannot be done.

I'm so glad you clarified the issue and I predict that there are many questions you will probably be asked to clarify.

It may depend on how much a person knows about the statistics on missing children and how one feels about the chances of fortune.

I think I would be hoping really hard my child was the exception but suspecting strongly that my child had been killed by now.

If LE told me to go out there and say I was sure my child was still alive, I would do it. And I'm sure I would act so weird saying something I didn't totally believe that I would seem suspicious.

The Girls had to have gone into a vehicle. Most likely in the direction that the dogs found their scent in the woods. There is no other explanation as to why the dogs lost scent after that. IMO And sadly it seems no one saw this vehicle by the sounds of it. JMO Don't they have cameras on those hwys?We do here.

The scent was found by the water too. Does anyone know if it was near where the bikes were found?I ask because i have this feeling that they were running back to their bikes and someone grabbed them. That would explain why the purse was on the other side of the fence. IF the perp didn't throw it. The purse was more of a backpack on Elizabeths shoulders as i understand.

The only way IMO that this was staged would be the kids are safe. However i doubt that as it has been to long and very mean thing to do to the family members who love these girls.

This is looking more like a sex/revenge crime and that means the girls are in danger or dead. Very sad.

Police are needing the public to help. This means to me that someone who knows something needs to call in the tip. Use a payphone if you are afraid to be tracked. Wear a hooded sweater, gloves and sunglasses. Make the quick tip to help Police if you have information. Do the right thing.
