Maybe I'm the only one who didn't know about this site I'm going to link up but I'll pass it along anyway. I found it accidentally last night while Googling something unrelated to this forum. Just for the heck of it I typed in the Greenbrier Rd address. Although it's not 100% accurate it does show some past and current names of people that's lived there. Just another sleuthing tool for those that might not know about it.

http://www.spokeo.com/reverse-addre...A+50703?addr_num=618&match=1&s6=t30#209952791

that indicates the people that lived at that exact address??!!

Only on pg 15 of this thread - way behind...but compelled to get some thoughts out there:

We don't know - at least I've never seen - in exactly what state the bikes were found by the fireman who located them, whether they were lying down and he picked them up (maybe to allow LE vehicles to pass along the path), or whether they were found leaning against the fence.

RS&BBM

Curious if there was any damage on either of the bikes. Thrown over the fence kind of damage, flat tire or bent rim. ?? LE hasn't said.

Quote:

The couple said life will forever be different, but it doesn't stop. After all, they have three other children to care for ---<Mod Snip> said the kids miss their sister terribly and pray for her safe return, along with their cousin. Like typical siblings, the kids laughed, played and bugged each other.

End Quote:

So sad to think about their siblings.

The four-paragraph subpoena alleges KWWL “may have knowledge, regarding a criminal offense” that occurred the day the Lyric and Elizabeth disappeared. The interview came a day after the family vowed to stop speaking with police and the news media on the advice of an attorney.

bbm

Again, vowed to stop speaking, yet Blah Blah Blah, and night together in Hotel?

Facts - IMO...please post any links which contradict TIA.

Gramma said she saw the girls at 11.30. This story changed once time stamped cctv was located.

Gramma said the girls never went more than two blocks. This appears to be contradicted by one Robert Carpenter who lives approximately 1.5 miles from the Collins house at 166 Brovan Rd, at an address in the 1000 block of Lake Avenue. He is quoted as saying said "We see them practically all the time ride their bikes right past our house”. He also saw them that day but is unclear as to the time.

DM was expected to go to jail the day before his daughter went missing. He unexpectedly changed his plea to "not guilty" which essentially mean he avoided jail that day, but is expected back in court for trial as a result. He can apply for a delay now there are extraordinary circumstances.

DM's release conditions were adjusted by a judge 19 July requiring increased reporting and parole supervision until his trial.

The FBI announced they had evidence which caused them to believe the girls remained alive after abduction.

LE appear to know there are people keeping quiet. They have gone so far to say today that the case is actively being hampered by witnesses who will not speak, asked once again for more witnesses to come forward, specifically a paddle-boater who remains elusive.

LE have issued a subpeona on a TV station to get unused interview footage which they claim contains information in regards to a crime committed on or about 13 July. (No brainer to figure out what crime they are referring to IMO).

DM's drug co-hort is a no show at court yesterday, and is now wanted for contempt of court. LE are searching for him.

The FBI came out and said that the families cooperation is required to find the girls, however they are not getting it.

Cooperation with law enforcement is the key factor in discovering the whereabouts of Lyric and Elizabeth,” FBI spokeswoman Sandy Breault told reporters Saturday afternoon. “Unfortunately, law enforcement have not received total cooperation from all family and close friends.”

LE allegedly accussed Morrisey in an "aggressive" interview, of killing the girls.

LE allegedly raided the home of MCM in the early hours of the morning, and took her for questioning which allegedly lasted 3 hours and was very accusatory. Unprecedented behaviour toward a grieving parent in a missing child case.

The parents of Lyric seem unaffected by their daughter's plight.

Rumor --

I read on fb that someone said a homeowner reported that they were away and when they came back it appeared their paddle boat had been used. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?

Any more news? I found someone on another site saying it was reported on KWWL. I didn't find anything on the KWWL site. Did any locals watch the news?

Quote:

PADdleboater .... They did say they found the people with the paddleboat on the KWWL news, but they said someone had used thier paddleboat!

End quote.

Are you serious? This is so wrong IMO. Aren't they still considered victims?

Gramma said she saw the girls at 11.30. This story changed once time stamped cctv was located. -- I don't think this is accurate. She said they LEFT at 11:30 for their bike ride. She last saw them at 12:15. The part of her story that changed was what time she left to go look for them. First it was 1:30, then it changed to 12:30, 15 minutes after she last saw them.

-- Yes. He also said they usually turn around at the end of his street. At the end of his street is also where the house owned by JW's parents is located.

DM was expected to go to jail the day before his daughter went missing. He unexpectedly changed his plea to "not guilty" which essentially mean he avoided jail that day, but is expected back in court for trial as a result. He can apply for a delay now there are extraordinary circumstances. - Yes. And Aunt Tammy said he purposely changed his plea and risked 5x45 years in jail BECAUSE he COULDN'T go to jail that day.

(Snipped because all the other points were accurate)

LE allegedly accussed Morrisey in an "aggressive" interview, of killing the girls. -- Yes, and Misty, instead of calling it an interrogation, called it "a coercion."

LE allegedly raided the home of MCM in the early hours of the morning, and took her for questioning which allegedly lasted 3 hours and was very accusatory. Unprecedented behaviour toward a grieving parent in a missing child case. -- No, it was not their home that was raided. MCM and DM were staying together in a hotel room at the casino. That is the room where they woke them.

The parents of Lyric seem unaffected by their daughter's plight.
- In fairness, DM does seem affected. There are photos of him with his head against a tree, looking extremely upset, and he talks about trying hard to control his emotions. MCM on the other hand, has not, to my knowledge, cried or appeared upset on camera yet.

Maybe it's just me (probably)but do the parents seem calm for the situation, its probably just me I tend to freak out about stuff like this.

My take on the supoena -

The newspaper itself became concerned at something MCM during interview, some slight detail, figure of speech or contradiction, that led them to believe she has knowledge of the fate of the girls. I assume an investigative reporter interviewed her and they are excellent at ferreting out minor details like these, also have a cynical mind and question everything. (or they should).

The newspaper itself then contacted LE and informed them, but due to legal and privacy reasons, LE obtained the subpoena anyway.

The good news? I expect the girls to be found very soon...and hopefully, alive.

we do not know for certain that that particular house IS owned by JW's parents...there are many people in the Cedar Vally with that surname.

Totally MOO, so please don't flame me....I had spent years volunteering with adolescents from turbulent homes (not in care of bio parents). One thing to remember is that these parents who have so many demons of their own (addiction, criminal charges, poverty, turbulent relationships of their own, mental/psych issues) often have somewhat 'removed' reactions to their own children's issues. I think it is because they are so consumed in their own drama they have little capacity for the plight of their children's as well.

Again, my observation/opinion only....

I read the same info on FB but haven't seen it mentioned by MSM, LE or any other source.

I live like 10 miles from Evansdale - and to think that it is SO close to home is scary - if it was one of my grandkids missing - I would NOT be smiling - laughing - drinking at bars - I would be a MESS!
