Dude, so I'm looking at JM's pictures, and ended up going through his Disney pics because according to the camera timer, he was there the same week we were.

There are a lot of pictures of little girls that aren't with his party. Knowing that MY kid was there that week? Oh, dude, I'm going to hurl.

If this creeper is an RSO, all of those pics of little girls on his FB should be enough to violate any probation or parole. Aren't RSOs forbidden from being around kids or posessing any pics which could be used for sexual gratification by the RSO?

Has anyone checked to see if he is on parole or probation? A call to his case worker should get a quicker response than the tipline.

Even if LE did come by his tent to talk with him an the 19th, they probably didn't google him as well. I doubt the creep is going to volunteer his internet activity to cops no matter what they ask him.:moo:

I would love to see the clip. I think I may have seen it. If she said specifically "we have evidence they are alive", that may mean the kidnapper or kidnappers sent something to show the girls alive. Maybe some actual video footage of the girls or a phone call from one or both of the girls. Now that would take some planning to not be able to be traced. Hoping the girls are alive and safe with someone who does have their best interests at heart.

In 2004 (when MCM was convicted), Lyric would have been... three years old. Roughly.

She stayed with the Collinses while her mother was in prison and halfway house (about 18 months) and then her legal custody was transferred to Wylma Cook.

So she would have been about 4.5 years old.

Based on that, I think it could have been either way.

Wonder why MCM never tried to gain legal custody of her again? She apparently didn't do anything to break her probation until last December.

The od's and MCM sobbing the other day is alarming.

The Gma's defensiveness in talking about the "narcing" and MCM sobbing came after the request for the video from TV station. IMO, it's their emotional reactions from that and the pressure they are feeling. JC was said to adore his nieces, but I don't recall him being mentioned anywhere prior to the OD. Has he been by the family's side at the vigils or at the lake? Gma had never mentioned his distraught reaction (not eating and sleeping) to the girl's missing before . imo

Article is old, but picture is from the vigil held Friday night the 27th. HC looks better than I have seen in any other photo and her shoes are TDF!

While authorities aren't saying much about their investigation, they confirm there's credible evidence the girls are alive, and don't believe releasing that information will endanger them. Authorities say physical evidence has been sent to the Department of Criminal Investigations lab in Ankeny for analysis. They will not say what the evidence is or how much evidence they have collected.

I don't know if she said specifically they had evidence the girls were alive, but I just read an article that said the police had physical evidence from an earlier report. Maybe that is what Breault meant. Would love to see the clip of her talking about they had reason to believe the girls were still alive.

I looked on Iowa sex offender registry and found a picture of the man I saw at the lake yesterday and he lives 2.51 miles from Meyers lake. I emailed the sheriff his license number.
