Does anyone have any links to the home being burglarized nearby? I hadn't heard that before.

I just looked up the details and BF house is 622, and burglary at 204 W. Des Moines which is not a couple houses away as alleged here a couple of times. The "call log" cites time at 6:48pm on 7/16. Perhaps homeowner discovered something missing at that hour and called in the report at 6:48pm as it seems an odd hour for neighborhood burglary in progress. MOO.

I think they found something a few days after she disappeared that caused them to rethink everything and call in the FBI and DCI, and ask people to stay home. And since then they've acted like they don't think she's in the immediate area.

It could have been that they found something, it also could have been a matter of finding nothing and concluding that getting to the bottom of this would require more resources. This would be especially true with the technical expertise that the FBI can bring to bear. They knew they had technical data that needed to be harvested, and the FBI could definitely provide assistance with that.

I def think they found something a few Tuesday’s ago when they were sad at the presser. Rumors were flying about a find (red shirt), and there was a heavy search off the side of the road near the pig farm.

I was specifically commenting about the discussion between supper, dinner, lunch, and breakfast. I was not suggesting the dinner Mollie was texting about with her Mom was not important.

Yes, but it was important to clarify what those things are called in the area, because obviously from the conversation not every region calls it the same thing. For all someone from my region would be able to fathom, she was asking what was for lunch the next day. Since she really did mean supper, and that was the last thing that was for sure happening that night, it's the turning point of the evening. IMO, that's exactly the details that will matter. Posting about being irritated about having to scroll through it? I say well then don't. I care about finding this person. If some posters are bored, they are in the wrong place.

In the comments of the FBI profiler article, somebody (a local I believe) mentioned Lincoln Wildlife Preserve. Anyone know anything about that place....how far, how secluded, how accessible, what sort of geography/woods/fields etc?

I hope I don't get banned because this is wayyy out of place but wouldn't it be wonderful if we could somehow start a FB campaign and everybody send Tim Miller $1.00 in an envelope. What could they have found that would lead them to believe she is no longer in the area? Are you referring to digital evidence?

They’ve postponed two press conferences now, but the reason for that could just as easily be that they had nothing new to report, as it could be that they were on the verge of something. There’s just no way of knowing right now. Hopefully Monday’s PC will clear things up, but I’m not holding my breath.
