I have questions. Maybe a fellow WS poster can offer insights or good guess answers;

1. Did CBR have criminal history? Unknown

2. Was this attack/murder preplanned? Likely premeditated since he was caught on video driving around the block a few times. Unsure if Mollie was intended victim or not.

3. What was your understanding of CBRs understanding and use of the English language? He likely understands, speaks, and writes English pretty well but needs a translator during court due to legalities. Also, the words used in the court system can be complex.

4. Did CBR have the attitude of a macho Latino male? (This and any other content is not used ever to reflect racism or any suggestion of a racial bias in any size, shape or form). I am not a racially biased person. Unknown- can’t discuss.

5. Do you think CBR was a perpetrator of physical or emotional domestic violence? Given my degrees in both Psychology and Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology, it is my personal opinion based solely on my education that yes, he likely had *something* in his past but it probably wasn’t significant enough to raise any red flags. MY OPINION ONLY.

6. Please share your opinion whether or not you think CBR was a repeat offender or could this have been his very first criminal act?
Likely his first violent offense but probably had hot temper issues in the past. MY OPINION ONLY based on my education and facts surrounding the case.

My answers are listed in bold in your original post. (My opinion only.)

I'm sure we could all have a 'whip-round' to buy you some.

No thank you, I have plenty...but it's still gonna be a long wait out here in the digital info desert till the trial, short of the Daily Mail buying a jailhouse bunkie confidential account of a conversation Lip balm?

He has been in the US a number of years. He certainly has his history here.

I can’t agree. I think the facts beg to differ

More along the lines of how the crow flies.
Ok, so it's not really quicker. Is it less travelled? Do we know?

There was a gag order listed on filings in this case on the Iowa State Court website.

All motions filed by CR’s prior counsel were withdrawn on 8/26/18 by the new counsel, Chad Frese. Not sure if this includes the gag order.

Why is that? I can't tell from the map. Is it a less traveled road? Does it go by the farm that was searched?
I think what's being presented is if CR drove 470 on the way to the cornfield, he overshot the road to the cornfield by a mile. The pig farm is on 470, as was the search SharonNeedles posted a picture of. It doesn't make sense if CR did drive the straightest route that then LE focused so hard on the areas south. JMO on the question being posed.

Yeah, you right. But with all of that MT's clothing was minimal, a lycra sports top and running shorts or leggings, and running shoes. Even fully clothed, delay of decomp would be minimal. BUT, if the tight fitting sports top was left in place, it might well have preserved the skin (by preventing it from sloughing) and allow LE to early ID evidence of multiple sharp force trauma to the chest and torso, as indicated in the initial arrest warrant application

Thanks. I'm not great at maps. I don't know what A- D stands for except to guess, and I can't tell anything about the route. Maybe I'm just a moron.

In an article it stated that he had a 'short fuse', someone they had interviewed stated that; family or friend I think.

The suspect has spent one third of his life living and working in Iowa.

Now that I understand! Thanks. So just to make sure, the shorter route that we assumed he took before does not pass by the area that was searched?

Which is the most direct, fastest, secluded route?

Some gravel roads aren't maintained as well as others. With all the creeks and rivers there could be low water bridges that aren't passable during rainy season. Some have deep ruts and washed out places that are okay for a truck but not a car. Railroad tracks where you could get stuck waiting on a freight train for a while. You'd really have to get out and drive them to know for sure. When I lived rural, the best way was not always the quickest route.

13 Caused personal injury

Right sports bra (tight fitting)and leggings (which are tight fitting) if still on her body and it being summer may assist with preserving for anthropologist exam.

Does Sex Matter after Death?

Another area of research in Alabama
Dr. Stephen Boudreau, a Senior State Medical Examiner with the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences Montgomery Medical Laboratory, with over 35 years of academic, research and medicolegal experience says, “I find Dr. Javan's project to be very appealing since it provides the possibility of finding a state-of-the-art, more dependable, and molecular way of determining the time of death. PMI determination is an essential part of solving forensic cases and to date, there is a need for more methods to predict it precisely. This research may be the answer to that problem.”

Waiting brings fullness!

You've turned into Confucius with your 'lip balm' and 'waiting brings fullness'; must be because it's Sunday.

I'm asking why the proposed route goes West, then South, the East? Mollie was in his car. Why would he take such a round about route from abduction to body location.
