I don't believe illegal immigrants get married here. CR is an illegal immigrant.it does not have to be US issued. a valid ID could be from anywhere. do you think no person from overseas ever gets married here?

I agree. I also don't think he believes it was a terrible choice either. He had every intention of killing her, imo. In fact I would guess he thought his choice of victim was actually a very good one, otherwise he wouldn't have killed her after stalking her for two days.
Yes, a valid social security number is needed to work. CR produced a fraudulent card per his employer.Do you need a SSN to work tho? For taxes withholding?
I didn't know that my best friends dads real name was different than his legal name until I went to his funeral.I know it's not the norm, but my aunt has gone by a nickname since she was in her teens. I got a letter from her when I was about 40 with her real name on the return address, and I had no idea who it was. She also has friends she's known for 50+ years who have no idea what her real name is (she's 87 now.) I had several friends in the past that I knew for years before I found out their real names, but I guess it just never occurred to me to ask.MOO
I don't see that as blaming her, but I guess we all see things from our own perspective. If I were the one making that statement, I would be saying that when she said that I got angry (that I didn't exercise self-control), not that she was responsible for my behavior. I guess we may never know which of us he actually thinks like. MOOHe told investigators he was just jogging along when she threatened to call police. This angered him. In his view, it's her fault. What CR is describing is Dissociative Amnesia. I have no idea how experts would go about derterming if his claim is legit or not. I don’t buy it, but I’m no expert.
Well, not officially but he fits the description very well. He does not seem to feel empathy, he is deceitful, he is a liar, he has no guilt, doesn't show an ounce of remorse, seeming killed in cold blood, displayed predatory behavior, and all the other reasons I have stated before. JmoIt may be an 'excuse' (I can not claim 'many' without knowing statistics) claimed by that type but as of yet, we have no indication of CR having been described as a 'sociopath' or exhibiting sociopathic tendency.
I'm not so sure CR planned to murder MT. By many accounts CR was not a 'monster'. Quite the contrary. Regardless, placing MT in another jurisdiction would not mitigate his current situation. I believe he simply wanted to place MT as far away and as hidden as possible, with "as possible" the key element: CR had a life and people likely expected or assumed he would be at typical locations; he probably was pressed for time and came up with a dump site on spur-of-the-moment.
It is possible CR thought by running along with MT he could strike up conversation with MT in her element and ask for a date, as one might do in a bar setting. I don't expect CR would/could frequent bars and as some have highlighted in these threads, Brooklyn and immediate surrounding areas are not necessarily hotbeds of flexible entertainment and meet-up venues. Having 'seen' MT on previous occasions I expect his interest was piqued. We might assume CR's preferred 'type' based on his xGF and maybe MT fit that 'type', regardless of whether or not they 'looked' (read: facial features) alike. They didn't but 'type' incorporates entire body structure.
Assuming we accept CR's description of what occurred (according to LE):
MT's threat to contact LE was likely a catalyst (this is NOT victim-blaming) that caught CR by surprise. He lashed out in fear of being discovered (LE showing up, asking for ID, his employer discovering he isn't who he claimed to be, etc.) and losing what he had to that point: living in the United States, working, ~adequate housing and likely was working and/or hoping toward better. I expect his lash-out was nothing short of the reactions of fear plus anger from not being 'accepted' by MT.
I might change my previous opinion that CR might have been involved in previous, unsolved cases. Now, I'm not so sure.
I don't believe illegal immigrants get married here. CR is an illegal immigrant.
He had fake documents. Why would LE go further in investigating? He was on a mission to rape and thats what he did. Its sad he felt he had to cover that up but again, its all about him and his desires.. IMOCould be and is are entire different threat situations. Could be is calculated risk, such as getting on and riding a roller coaster; we know the potential for injury/death but we do it anyway. When MT threatened to contact LE, that's an is event. LE shows up, he's loses everything. Definitive. Murdering and hiding MT would be considered a could be event.
Sounds as though you need to take your own advice: DO NOT STOP. Call the police and let them help. These reports have us a bit freaked out as well, but it’s been going on for years. When I see somebody pulled over, I stop and see if they need a hand. At one time everybody would do that. It came in handy when I broke down and needed a lift, the first car that came my way stopped and picked me up. But now we all tell our wives and girlfriends DO NOT STOP. Call the police and let them help. Even I won’t stop if I’ve got my kids with me.If I ever turn up dead on the side of the road, chances are I stopped to help someone I thought needed assistance.
Of course he's been this guy forever. He's the cold blooded murderer, he's the sexual preditor. Yes, he's a horrible person, and your personality is set at birth. So he was born this way. He is to blame, not his victim or anyone else.I'm not sure how you can tie all those things into him being a horrible person. He's horrible because of the murder. You can't lump every action of a murderer together and say they are just stepping stones to the murder. Getting a girl pregnant 5 years ago because he wouldn't wear condoms, pure speculation. Why would her family speak so highly of him if he was so horrible for the last 5 years?
I don't know when or how he turned into this person but IMO based on what's been said he hasn't been this guy forever. Which is actually more common for a murderer than someone who has the propensity all along.
they probably would have just came and talked to him and told him to leave her alone. his identity probably wouldn't have been questioned the first time.Could be and is are entire different threat situations. Could be is calculated risk, such as getting on and riding a roller coaster; we know the potential for injury/death but we do it anyway. When MT threatened to contact LE, that's an is event. Her threat to call the police got him upset and angry. In his mind, she is the reason he got so mad. Although subtle, this is the perfect example of blaming the victim.Leave me alone or i'll call the police is an action to which thisresponds to hitting or abducting her? I dont see it. How would he respond to a no request for a date turn out? He obviously did not worry about the LE since he drove illegally along with everything else. He had fake ids.

CR used a fraudulent SS card. The employer did not use e-Verify after initially telling the news media it did.Yes, but the company ran the number and it came back as valid. Jeez
How do you know all of these things to be true?Well, not officially but he fits the description very well. He does not seem to feel empathy, he is deceitful, he is a liar, he has no guilt, doesn't show an ounce of remorse, seeming killed in cold blood, displayed predatory behavior, and all the other reasons I have stated before. No, most people are not murdering women for not giving them sex. Are you really blaming the victim here? She was mean to him?I suppose if you had a lifestyle-threatening event in your life that meant losing everything you had you might have a different perspective.
You also need a birth certificate plus a valid, government issued photo ID. Which CR doesn't have.
