Jeez, in Michigan I have to show registration and proof of ins. to renew tabs every year

In Indiana and I just do it online. There is a link to update insurance, but I don't think I've always checked to see if it has changed or not, and I'm not just getting stickers. I'm getting new plates. Every year for the last few years I've gotten different plates. I collect my used plates. I've got at least 2 regular Indiana plates. In God we Trust plate. Soccer plate. IUPUI plate. Trails plate. Celebrate the Arts plate, and now I've got a Recycling plate. I may have had to show title and proof of insurance for the first one.

If you look closely at the affadavit, where his name is written, the scratched out part looks like he started to write "Chr"...versus "Cri". Does anyone else see this? Imo...

Why on earth would CR be concerned about declaring a car payment and then mention nothing about child support?

Maybe we should be questioning if that document is legit?

how do you get someone to pay child support if they are here illegally without getting them deported?

I think the affidavit was for his family, the attorneys said they were hired by his family, they would have to sign it in order to verify payments.

but an understood agreement between him and IM is not the same as the court telling him he has to pay a certain amount, and that's probably why he didn't put it. the car probably has some sort of contract tied to it.

well, if this is really his application and he has trouble with his birth year and spelling his first name, then I could see him not understanding that he had to list prior income.

Did he fire the current attorneys and ask for a court appointed one?

They have to get paid somehow, unless they are doing it pro bono, they are the ones that said they were hired by the family, not hat they took the case pro bono.

They court, as far as I know, doesn’t pay for an attorney of his choosing, they appoint one
