I had no idea that cell phone records could show how fast you are moving, that is amazing.

But I find what is really sad is at that point we know she was in his car going 50mph.

I think that her speed may actually been first calculated from both devices her phone and her FITBIT.

Far TO TECHNICAL TO EXPLAIN At least for me. I understand it, but I lack the technical writing ability to post it here without sounding utterly stupid.
I can find a better intelligent explanation and post it.

Has this case gone dormant until the trial ?

Nothing will become public until the next hearing or the trial. It’s sort of dormant but I bet his attorneys and staff are in overload about now.

Has anyone heard who is paying for his attorneys??

@Charliegizmo49 I can take a stab at it.....My Fitbit syncs with my cell phone and also my Ipad. It monitors my vitals, distance, location, etc when I put it in exercise mode and specifically running mode not just steps. This information is able to be viewed not only on my Fitbit itself, but also on my cell and Ipad if within distance, but I can also pull it up on those devices after my run if I wanted. Even if the Fitbit itself is destroyed it still has an electronic 'copy' from my app stored in the cloud.

How is this helps!
