I dont know how uber or lyft works, is there a city close by that would provide it
If there was a semi nearby city that had Uber or Lyft it would be easy enough to get a ride a long way out of the city, but convincing a driver to come that far out without a guaranteed pickup at 5:30am would be near impossible.

Good point. But I still wonder how often all 3 of them would be out of town for work.

All the brothers and the soon-to-be wife work in the construction company owned by one of the brothers. They live in a tiny town with 1400 people. There's not enough construction work available in their tiny town, so the brother's construction company works all over the state. It's not suspicious that men go to work on construction jobs not close to their tiny town. It would be suspicious if these men didn't work, yet somehow had money, trucks, a house, and upcoming beach wedding.

Brooklyn, Iowa
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Brooklyn

Near the center of town Brooklyn boasts a large display of flags from each of the fifty states, the four branches of the military, and a smattering of other sources. The city bills itself as "Brooklyn: Community of Flags."
Brooklyn, Iowa - Wikipedia

-- town with 1500 not likely to have uber, lyft, etc. Everybody knows each other here and would be the source for your ride.

Since she had just rented a new apartment, I would like to know who she met at the complex and who had access to her paperwork ie home and work address.
I hope LE checks that option asap.

I just keep thinking this was a stalker.
I've studied and my daughter was a victim of stalking. I hope I'm wrong but that's what this is making me think of. A stalker......could very well be a person known to her, but nonetheless a stalker.
That's been my feeling almost from the beginning. BF sounds okay & it seems that he has a pretty solid alibi for now. It sounds stalker-like to me.

And the new apt. for Mollie could have attracted attention from someone in that neighborhood --
-- IMO, the R/E agent or landlord or owner, etc., would not be a likely suspect, since signs could point to him/her.
-- Did she have access/authorization to go in there? Did she go back & forth to her new place? If so, did something bad happen there? Was she followed from the new apt. and a bad thing happen?
-- Did the current resident allow her to come in and check things out when she was by herself, and did a bad thing happen?

Lots to check there, IMO. Has LE done that and found no leads? Very possible.
Arrrrrrrrrghhhhh. This is becoming more & more ominous every day that goes by. Oh, her poor family. How much sleep have they had since this horror began

Probably all the time since they live in a tiny town with 1400 people and only 300 houses.

“But questions and suggestions should be PM’d to the family.”

I don’t think this statement from the Missing Mollie Tibbetts page means the family has a direction in her disappearance. This above statement was made to stop people from posting suggestions or questions on the FB page because other people then decided those suggestions MUST be evidence or a good source for gossip or rumor. The statement directly after the "questions and suggestions should be PM'd to the family" addressed stopping the gossip and rumors.

It was very specific. You omitted a crucial word/phrase that was repeated twice: "Tech issues".

The post I'm talking about directly addressed comments or suggestions about tech issues only.

Or the 21st! I kept closing the tab so I went off memory. Which isn't so great.

Link is random map/neighborhood in Brooklyn,, IA. Take note the homes are far apart, large yards, outer buildings/sheds very common. Nights are very dark and quiet...

No UBER in Brooklyn or Grinnell.
Or any other small town in that vicinity.

I think the apartment she is planning for is for school so she wouldn’t have been moving there until late August. But if she’s like my girls and most other college kids, she is spending the summer collecting affordable furniture from people looking to get rid of their stuff.
