Sounds like a potential car crash along the way there. :( I hope she is safe somehow.

The airport is located at 2140 N Skyline Dr.

Walmart where her phone was pinged at 12:30 PM is located at 500 S Utah Ave.

Rigby, ID to 2140 N Skyline Dr, Idaho Falls is about 20 miles.

I see Snake River along her possible route and at one point, she may have crossed the river. Maybe she and her car are in a body of water.
I wonder if there are any embankments on her possible route. She could also have gone over the edge somewhere. JMO.

I wonder what time (early morning) Becky left home. It's only a half hour to the airport.
But if she wanted to go shopping at the Walmart, it makes more sense to go earlier.

But, ...why was the ping at 12:30, in the "area of Walmart" when she should have been at the airport by 12 ?

What time does that Walmart open? I hope LE is looking at surveillance to determine she was ever inside. Also hopefully the parking lot has some cameras.

This is alarming.....I hope there is an explanation and that she is safe.

That was my first thought. However the Walmart is past the river....unless "area of Walmart" includes the nearby section of river.

I was about to post the same thing. Why did she miss her son's flight and end up half hour later at Walmart? If it was her there, what did she buy?

I've driven this route for years. I live just north of Rigby and grew up in Idaho Falls. Picked up many people from this airport. It's flat the whole way and almost entirely all on Highway 20. You do cross the Snake River but there are guard rails that would be easy to see if not intact and it's a busy stretch of road right there. It's a pretty direct route. Once on the highway from Rigby you literally just drive straight south and then make a right turn that takes you directly to the airport.
If she left her house early I'm thinking she had errands to do before picking up her son and that something may have happened in the parking lot at Walmart. It's odd though that her family didn't know or say what her plans were before picking him up. MOO.

Today Rigby City Police Officers along with Idaho Falls PD canvased the area near the last known location of Becky Ann Tracy near Utah & Broadway in Idaho Falls. Officers on foot were unable to locate any evidence of Becky or her vehicle.

We are asking for the public’s help in locating any surveillance footage to include gas stations and businesses of Becky or her vehicle in the Idaho Falls and Rigby area. Becky’s physical description is 5’7, 170 lbs, green eyes and light bro...

Nothing. Where are you Becky?
Vehicle not found either.
I do hope LE has some leads. Too sad.

I am sure they are checking these:
Webcams | Idaho Falls, ID

And this one, on which you can rewind to past images:
Windy as forecasted

But in the area she was seen in, there are a lot of shops and businesses. One of those camers must have picked up something. To give at least a direction she went in. Question ofcourse is why was her phone turned off after that?

Her phone last pinged there but we haven't been told she was seen there. There's a possibility someone else was in possession of her phone, however small. There's also a possibility she left it in her car earlier, parked in the vicinity, and walked away, and it pinged when a call was received and then the battery died.

eta - sorry, police report says officers pinged the phone, not that a call was received, at 12:30pm.

That's actually quite weird - the police report says officers responded to a missing person's report at 2:40pm, but that they pinged her phone at 12:30pm.

This is incredibly strange. I am leaning towards an undiscovered car accident but I hope there's better news soon.
