Finally got the passwords. Here is the article. Boy is it a good read.

I hope what Mr Payne said was just to get the judge to rethink letting her out. All other reports have said Kyra is doing well.
Haynes gets release from jail
A woman accused of severely abusing her three-year-old daughter, Kyra, will be released from the Benewah County Jail as soon as her bond issues are resolved.
Despite arguments from the prosecutor to keep Christina Haynes incarcerated, Judge Pat McFadden accepted a request by her attorney to use $75,000 in real property in lieu of the $200,000 bail he set last month.
At a Monday hearing defense attorney Dave Rogers said he wanted to ask the court to release Haynes on her own recognizance because she wasnt a flight risk.
Instead Haynes grandmother offered her property to ensure that her granddaughter wouldnt flee if she was released from jail where she has been since mid-June.
She has no prior record, she no longer has a home, she no longer has a job, said Mr. Rogers. I would like her to see a doctor.
He said the woman would live in Post Falls with her mother and stepfather. Both are certified foster parents.

Mr. Payne
(prosecuting attorney) said he met with physicians who said the three-year old is being prescribed methadone and is still suffering miserably.
She still has open wounds five or six weeks later, shes had multiple amputation surgeries, he said. Its as serious a child abuse case as I have seen in my career.
