Yeah, these 2 just did not behave like parents who just lost their child. they were more concerned about what complete strangers on the internet were saying about them etc. than wanting to find their missing son.

jmo

This and many other issues in this case are very similar to another long on-going case I follow.

LEADORE, Idaho -- Lemhi County Chief Deputy Steve Penner asked people not to speculate about the parents of a 2-year-old boy who went missing during a fishing trip six days ago.

"We've interviewed the family, and the information they've provided us - my office, myself - we're good with that," he said. "And I know there's a lot of innuendo out on social media and a lot of stuff going out there and it would be nice if it would stop and let them have a little peace. They're solid."

and

“We interviewed the family,” Penner said. “I’m good with them and they’re good with me.”

AND Bowerman statement back on 8-15-15

5:41
Nate Eaton:
“What can you say about Mr. Renwand?”

Sheriff Bowerman:
“Uh, at this point he’s still cooperating. Uh, um… You know I’m not getting any uh, any feeling that he’s not being truthful. I, I think he’s been very truthful and I appreciate his help. He’s come up to the area on a 2nd occasion with me, and uh…Until we find a piece of evidence or locate anything that tells me otherwise, I think he’s being very truthful.”

Nate Eaton
“Uh, how about the parents and the grandfather?”

6:16
Sheriff Bowerman:
“You know, I think all three…Those three have been very cooperative, uh…they’ve given us everything that we’ve asked for and…so I’m… I feel real good about…uh, the parents and…and, and the grandfather also.”

Oh I missed that. Would they be able to hold her for a week because of that? Maybe a day or two?
I am not familiar with the usual consequence for driving without a license. When her arrest and release dates were pointed out to me my first thought was that if I were law enforcement I would try and keep someone locked up as long as possible. Especially if I thought they were not being truthful about something. I can imagine the pressure of the whole situation as well as the timing would add to the incentive to talk, as it was a week before Christmas. I don't have any direct knowledge of how this is usually handled nor do I have direct knowledge of this arrest and incarceration. Just speculating and sharing information.

Can someone help me find a picture of little DeOrr where he is standing in a room with a lamp behind him? His arms are down by his side and his right shoulder looks dislocated. There is an extra shoulder 'bump' that shouldn't be there, IMO.

I haven't believed the parents since that first interview. DeOrr's Dad was given every opportunity to talk about little DeOrr nonstop and what does he do? He talks about how great the searchers are and how impressed he was with the helicopter. I would have talked about my son's mannerisms, the words he says most often, his likes, dislikes, and etc. That just did not happen. Nate, the interviewer, did not have control of that interview, IMO. He did not ask pertinent questions at all. In fact, he let DeOrr's Dad have full control over it. TMI, out of DeOrr's Dad,IMO, that was not about DeOrr.

I think Sheriff Bowerman got all of this information himself with the help of the FBI. I honestly don't think Klein had anything to do with it, IMO. We'll see.

The Snake River needs to be checked, IMO. Just IMO, but I beieve little DeOrr was an abused child, and I believe his shoulder was dislocated in that photo I'm trying to find.

JMO's

I have been thinking that all along about the Snake River. One slip up is one thing but to say it twice in a matter of seconds screams red flag to me.

Can we link Facebook pages?

What I wouldn't give for a Cliffs Notes on this one.
RSBM Snipped for Brevity

Ikr ?
Doubtful this was an accident-- if DeOrr is deceased...... why conceal the body ?
Even if he perished due to a hot car or drowning --why not just call 911 and say what happened ?
IMO

It depends upon the circumstances. If she had prior convictions that resulted in a suspended license or if they set a bail amount and she was unable to pay it.

I remember him saying that or it may have been Penner, many of us beat it death on what solid meant lol.

But here is what the Sheriff said today, so if the wool was pulled over his eyes it wasn't for very long:

Bowerman says the parents have told investigators conflicting stories “since the beginning.”

“Their timeline keeps changing, where they were at keeps changing, and movements and statements about DeOrr Jr. keep changing,” Bowerman tells EastIdahoNews.com.

http://www.eastidahonews.com/2016/0...ruthful-are-suspects-in-childs-disappearance/

It started with them not clarifying or correcting the date they really arrived. Boy did we take a beating on that one when questioned.

Sorry if this was already posted but someone asked: (Thread is moving fast)

'We decided we were gonna do a little exploring,' Kunz Sr. told East Idaho News.

'It's such a small area – that's what a lot of people don't understand. They just assume, 'How could you let your kid out of your sight.' Well, this area is pretty well blocked in and there's no way you couldn't see him.'

'Who would harm us this way?' Mitchell said. 'Especially knowing how much he means to us. He's everything to us.'

Oh I hear you, I said yesterday I wonder how and when the Sheriff discovered it as the first mention was AUG. 18th? He said he learned of it during the course of the investigation. Now, I wonder if the cell phone pings had come back as he said to "and movements"..."keep changing". Cell phone ping can tell a lot lol.

During Nate interview Monday, July 13, 2015

DK Sr: that we don't know is...I come to find, I didn't know the area, and I didn't know, I ..there, it's very open but you can't see much ... there's a road that goes up and along the top - we're camped underneath the reservoir, basically right below it, and you can go up above the reservoir, and I didn't even know the road was, did that, I didn't know the road was up there, and as I travelled up there myself, I could've found out [?] I could see everything that was going on at the campsite, but you can't see out - you can't see up, you can't see round and if anyone comes to the bottom of your campground you can't even see they are...

**
When did this occur? Before or after LE arrived ? (Dogs/cadaver dogs did hit on the reservoir...)

Was it that hot in Idaho that day? I know here in Montana where I live its rare to get hot enough to suffocate in a car..maybe in the Eastern part of the state but not here in the mountains. Also, could the convenience store worker who thought she saw Deorr with a man..the bawling, filthy boy actually been the last person to see him alive ?? Also could he have had bruises that helped make him look so dirty? Was he crying because he was in pain? Just wondering. I think he is between Leodore and the camp grounds. Why else would dad be so adamant that it was NOT them?

Does any have the temp. for that day? I remember discussing it way back.

looking at JM's facebook page makes me sick............

Now that the parents are officially suspects, can you give me the link to her Facebook page? I'm sure it will be deleted soon.

Good point. Maybe a place to start searching ? After all this time-- could cadaver dogs 'hit' on any scent ? :(

Jessica was arrested 12/07/15 for driving without a license. They kept her locked up until the 15th. It's a public record available on the Idaho repository.

She was issued a misdemeanor citation and later arraigned. It does not appear to me that she was ever in jail because if they had held her in jail, the judge would have set her bail at the arraignment. There would be record of the bail amount and whether it was posted and the date she was released. I could be wrong, but I don't see anything that shows she was actually booked into (or out of) jail... MOO

It was 63 degrees that day..I'm guessing that was the high for the day. I looked here
http://www.friendlyforecast.com/usa... So I would guess the COD as something else.
