Can you please check the court site to make sure? And maybe they have more dates to come?

Site says service unavailable right now.Mediation ordered in murder case
SANDPOINT — Attorneys in the first-degree murder case pending against Stephen Mathew Lott have agreed to enter into mediation, 1st District Court records show.
The mediation, which will be presided over by Senior District Judge Steve Verby, could lead to resolution of the case without a trial. Lott remains held at the Bonner County Jail with bail set at $1 million.
Bonner County Prosecutor Louis Marshall and Chief Public Defender Janet Whitney proposed mediation on May 16 and Judge Barbara Buchanan approved the request on May 17.
[.....]
Idaho’s criminal court rules allow for mediation, which can bring about reduced charges or agreements on sentencing recommendations. The mediation is conducted behind closed doors and what’s discussed during the proceedings is kept confidential.
[.....]
A pretrial hearing in the case is set for Sept. 20 in case the mediation does not produce a resolution.
@cybervampira - could you possibly check the court site and see if 6/21 will still be a go - or just what it says in the article for 9/20?

09/17/2019 SentencingNever mind - I got another article I can access.
Man charged in the 2004 death of his wife, Christine Lott, enters plea
A former Priest River, Idaho, resident has acknowledged that enough evidence exists for him to be convicted on charges related to the death of his wife in 2004, according to KHQ
But in entering the plea, known as an Alford plea, Stephen M. Lott, 49, did not admit guilt for the crimes he was reportedly facing: manslaughter and concealing a body from authorities.
[.....]
Lott will be sentenced in September, KHQ reported.
I'll go look in the court site & see what date in Sept. - I take that back - I can't access Idaho....
Anyone??![]()
