You are right in that nothing is certain UNTIL it is certain. However, if the closing and rebuttal were even a fraction as strong as they sounded in the tweets, I think the prosecution nailed it. Really.

In the meantime, we anxiously wait.

Yes, I wasn't that impressed by the prosecution in parts of this trial, but I feel like they definitely nailed the closing and especially rebuttal. Great points in there which are going to be the last things the jurors remember.
