I would think that gives a pretty good picture of what her life was like-how sure was everyone in your home town that her children were by different fathers???

She readily admitted it. And since the first one was in jail when #2 came around, makes it pretty easy to tell that something doesn't add up.

As for number 3 and 4 -- that could really be anyone's guess truly but she's the one who told everyone that.

I saw that about him before, but I didn't think that prevented us from prosecuting and imprisoning him for this crime! I didn't know that's how it worked.

That isn't how it works. He can be prosecuted here and serve time in our federal prisons. Then he will be deported upon release.

Same as...if we get in trouble in another country, we are bound by their laws. Remember the guy who was caned in Singapore for graffiti? The US didn't and couldn't help him.

BTW - the "waddya know, another illegal immigrant breakin' our laws and rapin' our children" attitude really burns me up. His citizenship status has nothing to do with the fact that he is a rapist. No matter what country he was living in, he'd be raping children. Mexican children aren't any less valuable than our children. Let's hate the molesters...NOT the Mexicans. Most are human beings just like you and me trying to make the best lives for themselves and their children as they can.

That mother might be going to jail but she will no doubt serve one year :furious: She was sentenced to 10 yrs but can ask for parole after one lousy year. Why sentence her to 10 yrs if she can ask for parole in one year? This system is so screwed up.

That little girl was only 9 yrs old when she got pregnant. It's just so awful. Another boyfriend guilty of ruining a child's life. She probably didn't even know that she was pregnant...poor little thing. I'm glad that she didn't have to suffer through labor and delivery. How could a 10 yr old cope with that when most of us women feel like we are dying at the time :furious:

I would imagine the baby will be placed for adoption and the little girl placed in foster care.

That little girl was in school. Didn't anyone at school notice that she was pregnant or did they just think she was gaining a lot of weight. If she was a heavy little girl it could have gone unnoticed easier but if she was skinny it would stand out like a basketball...I would think. Seems like her teacher would have noticed. Guess no one paid any attention as no one reported it.

Isabel Chasarez, 27, must serve at least one year in prison before she is eligible for parole, 7th District Judge Brent Moss ordered Tuesday at the sentencing hearing.

Chasarez pleaded guilty in August to failing to provide proper prenatal care for her daughter

ST. ANTHONY - A Fremont County man who raped and impregnated a 9-year-old girl could be locked up for the rest of his life.

Seventh District Judge Brent Moss sentenced 38-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez five years to life in prison.

Asking Judge Brent Moss to sentence Gutierrez ten years to life in prison, prosecutor Penny Shaul read from a pre-sentence report and psycho-sexual evaluation. Those documents describe Gutierrez as impulsive, self-absorbed, and manipulative.

"The damage that he caused this child is enormous," said Shaul. "Mr. Gutierrez is dangerous."

The reports show this isn't Gutierrez's first sexual contact with underage victims.. When he was 19, he had relations with a 14-year-old and when he was 26, he had three children with a 16-year-old whom he had married in Mexico.

Gutierrez will serve at least five years in prison. It's then up to the Department of Corrections as to when he gets out.

Meanwhile, Gutierrez's girlfriend, Isabel Chasarez, is serving at least a year in prison for failing to obtain prenatal care for her daughter.

when i was in the waiting room of ER once there was this "mother" and 12 year old daughter. the daughter kept clutching her stomach and moaning, "mom" would tell her to shut up. i found out later the 12 year old was raped by the stepfather and was pregnant. she didn't even KNOW she was pregnant and in labor. no one told her. the "mother" told the little girl it was her own fault she shouldn't have seduced her husband!!!! the nurses said it was all they could do not to strangle this so called mom. they did call children services and explained the situation. from what i understand both 12 year old and baby were removed from the situation. that was over 30 years ago.

Five years to life for this heinousness?? What the he**, is it five or is it life? That's a lot of wasted tax dollars for alllllll those parole hearings. Makes me sick, and so do the charges for the mother. Prenatal care? Really??
