"His mother says he was last seen in downtown Caldwell with his girlfriend, and no one has seen him since."

Where is his girlfriend? Is she missing too? If not, then I'm assuming LE has spoken to her?

Edited to add: They have spoken to the girlfriend and she has no idea where he is....hmmmm.....They also believe someone is helping him be "missing". Considered a runaway.
