I think that they really thought they could burn the bodies and voila! all traces of the kids would be gone forever. Evidently, none of these rocket scientists did any research on burning a human body in an open fire. It can be done but it takes several days. They didn’t have that kind of time. I think this is why they mutilated Tylee. I bet they thought smaller pieces might burn faster. Instead they ended up with a heinous mess. I think the burying was a last minute solution. Even they are not stupid enough to make burying at Chad’s a first choice. By the time JJ was dead, they just buried him. It seemed like an ok idea at the time.

But remember, the world was going to end before they got caught, they thought.

Though floppity did a great job overall with the transcript, I do believe the "tombstones" part is a mistake and was misheard. I believe the correct dialogue is:

Chad: "So we'll see what transpires."

This makes more sense given their previous discussion of law enforcement searching the property as they can only wait and see what happens as a result of the search. Furthermore, I don't believe they had any kind of "tombstone" or other marker identifying the gravesites, excepting the puppy statue marking the pet cemetery in general. And to mention "tombstones" in a phone call they knew was being recorded surely would have been the last nail in their coffins so to speak (forgive the pun). But you can listen to the audio and decide for yourself what is said. You'll find it at the 1:38 timestamp:

If I remember correctly, Chad's son mentioned that a raccoon was shot out of a tree at a much earlier time. The pretend raccoon Chad shot was walking along the fence according to the text he sent Tammy. MOO.

I do wonder if some have a hard time grieving for her as JJ due to their belief that she covered for the murder of Charles.

She was groomed her entire life, and would hope soon that if some think that, she is given grace and let free from that burden of her possible cover-up.

I did note that at the prelim in the gallery, that MG was hugging both Larry and Kay.

This entire case is so disturbing.

I don't for one minute believe the crap about LVD believing that dear JJ and Tylee were 'zombies', end of the world, etc. I believe that to be part of their scam personna.

Both LVD and CB were caught up in an affair and did unspeakable things in order to be free of the respective spouses and her children. Selfish, evil, narcissistic, uncaring murderers IMO, and I hope they never see the light of day as a free person again.

Those children deserved so much more!

If it is a scam personna, seems like she's doing a lot of religious study to keep up the charade. I mean she went at it with MG on that 21 min phone call - who can do that unless they are reading scriptures 'all day'. And who would to that much work for a scam, that's some pretty heavy complex memorization. I just can't buy it...

The judge clearly stated the defendants could not speak to one another.

I thought that was ONLY if one of them bailed out. Pretty sure it was a condition of bail, that along with the ankle monitor, geo restrictions etc.

I worked with a young half Thai half American young man, whose father home schooled all of his eleven children. His Thai mother, who was not allowed to learn English, bled to death from a miscarriage when she was 48 which would have been her twelth child. He could read and write, but had no other knowledge than Bible verses.

What I noted from the LVD/MG phone call was the lack of actual info from LVD about "dark" people and why they are so against her. LVD's focus was on KW getting CV's life insurance and how that made her dark, but she keeps referring to these emails of threats. Summer & Janice mentioned the threatening emails that LVD had been receiving. We are pretty sure LVD faked that email from CV to CD, what would stop LVD from creating fake emails to support her scheme of dark souls trying to take down her godliness. JMO

I noticed that also. And I think it's odd that she claims Kay "changed" the Life Insurance - surely she knows it was CV. She's obviously livid about that fact Kay received the money. She told that to Kay early on. Seems to me if she couldn't have the $ then Kay couldn't have JJ, and she and Chad hijacked a set of religious beliefs sprinkled with fringe beliefs to justify it. Just sick.

Gosh I sure hope and pray murder charges are in the making.

Lori contradicts herself so much. She tells MG she met Kay at the airport for JJ to go stay with her. Told MG she had to tell Kay she had breast cancer so that Kay would take him. Then in the phone call says she had to protect JJ from Kay. Implied Kay and all those people out to get her were going to do him harm. Which is it girl? Kay is so evil she had to think Lori had breast cancer before she would take JJ or Kay was so evil she was going to kidnap JJ? Many of us believe she killed JJ to hurt Kay for getting CV"s insurance money. I believe Lori also did not want to lose JJ's SS benefits which Kay would be entitled to if he lived with her. It probably never occurred to Kay and even if she was entitled to it she wouldn't push it because she's not about money. I'm sure she wishes she could give every dime of that insurance money to have her brother and grandson back.

@Caylee Advocate Because Tylee was an innocent child, who died a gruesome and unnessary death. Her own mother treated her like trash, and took no care or though in her condition when disgaurding her. She took every last once of that poor girls dignity. This is a crime community. Were all familar with violent crime, but in this instance its not warranted to include. We all know what happened, so when discussing the case I think we owe it to Tylee to discuss her passing respectfully.
