Prior is getting rude imo.

Prior is doing his job. He is attacking everything the prosecution tries to enter into evidence. He does not have much to work with and is making the most of things for gis client. He is providing CD with adequate representation which is a good thing if he tries to appeal a guilty verdict.

Why would Prior try to hard to make everyone think a raccoon is buried there and that they missed it when they excavated other parts of the pet cemetery? I suppose he's trying to reduce the damage the raccoon story implies--that CD made up the raccoon story to cover for either a gunshot or for disturbed soil--but it makes virtually NO difference --JMOO-- because the children were buried there anyway.

It appears Prior is trying to make it look as though poor CD is just a victim of circumstances, that Lori and Alex hid the children on his land without his knowledge.

I don't think that's going to wash, since brokenhearted CD up and married LV right after his beloved wife passed. All these deaths around him and all his sneaking around with LV. He disgusts me. Prior is starting to disgust me, too.

Attorneys aren’t panicked. They will do their jobs, get paid, and move on to other cases. I’m sure they know their clients are going to prison at some point.

I cannot wait to see LVD next week. I am cancelling anything I had to do just to stay home and watch this all!!! I can see her getting a grey like arias and anthony.....she will wear a mask to hide her facial movements....but we can see the eyes, for head and god movements. LVD should be real worried imo

limb debris and big racoon, tylee was big, i feel like chad may phrase things in a way that he can justify in his weird head that its technically the truth and thus makes it ok for him to lie according to his weird belief system to him he's not lying.

IMO, If there was some proof of travel that MG visited Lori at any other time than around the time frame of the Sep 22nd podcast (Thurs., Sep 19th 2020 through Mon., Sep 23rd 2020), it’s possible but I have not heard anything about it nor have I read that she anywhere near Idaho other than Pleasant Valley, Utah. MG did say that she lives in Gilbert, Arizona and does travel to Idaho and Utah. JMO
Do you know if LVD did any podcasts with MG after Sep 1st 2020? Now you have my curiosity!

Three podcasts with MG and Lori aired in the first half of September (the last one included Chad as well), but there's no knowing when they were recorded. If I'm not mistaken MG mentioned today that Chad was at Lori's house on August 1st, so maybe they recorded the episodes well in advance.

Just catching up in here-- I have been following along with WS youtube live for the court hearing yesterday and today.
Had the grand kiddos for the past week and they are now back home and my house is sooooo quiet LOL

Agree with raccoon or no raccoon buried on the property--
Makes no difference other than a reference in a text message and a possible time/day of death of Tylee.
Bottom line is- JJ and Tylee were found BURIED on the property.

do you say that even when Chad doesn’t have any other charges (yet, maybe)? Because his current I thought didn’t have real heavy consequences (when compared to what he could face for other charges), so do you say that he should take a plea based on only his current charges or you’re thinking ahead? Just curious.

I think her call to police after December 8th was self-serving, according to what she testified, and I believe that was more important to her than whether the children were safe.

I see her being pulled apart by a fastidious attorney.

I wouldn't be surprised if she got squeezed by the police and "decided" to collect some evidence that would put her in the clear

Of course we'll never know for sure ...

There's also a satellite photo published by MSM and taken a few hours after Chad's text to Tammy, which clearly shows disturbed ground where Tylee's remains were later found.

Just a thought about this racoon controversy. It can very easily be solved by asking chad the location where he buried the animal. Im sure the prosecution will be happy to confirm the information.

Thank you for that info! Interesting, so CD, LV, and MG were at "Lori's house" (the rental home Charles had leased for them) doing a podcast on August 1st, just 20 days after CV was shot and killed by LV's brother? IMO, they were a very close threesome!!!

Thoughts on the fire pit? The FBI lead agent was asked about ash. He responded in and around the pit. He was not asked about anything else. Do you think this was done so the def couldn't go into details about anything else found? Do you think nothing else was found? If nothing else was found do you think it was because there were many fires over the months to make sure any evidence was burned. Do you think the burning was elsewhere?

I am not sure I understand your point here. Prisoners DO have some rights, regardless of the suspicion or crime. They are allowed to make phone calls. They are allowed to have contact with the outside world. Those calls are all recorded, but why wouldn't she be able to call CD?

You are right, and I do realize prisoners can make calls, but what bothered me, (It is much easier for me to depict in spoken word lol) was how easily she was able to just call him.

I just pictured in my head, him getting in his car and putting a call into the jail saying "have Lori call me". She is able to return his call right away AND it just happens to be at the very moment the search is going on. idk It just bothered me.

Is it that easy to make a call anytime of the day while you are incarcerated?
