I believe that text was sent literally within minutes from his property after the last ping location of AC on that same property. I just don't know if that fact is strong enough for probable cause. I want to believe it is.

JMO but I hope Ron Wood steps up his game before trial. He isn’t the best speaker. Still, this shouldn’t be tough for a jury to find guilt.

I find the entire hearing to be a red flag about the prosecution team. They went way beyond what they needed to show probable cause and tipped some of their hand to the defense. Imo this hearing was a win for the defense.

Judge Faren Eddins says that after reviewing the evidence, exhibits and argument the case will go to District Court. He says there is probable cause that #ChadDaybell committed the crimes. Arraignment is set for Aug. 21 before Judge Steven Boyce.

I would think they could subpoena cell phone provider for call logs/text logs.

Tammy's phone which wasn't put into use per text messages until ~ July 29, 2019.
So, no documentation if Charles Vallow ever called her on this phone to tell her about affair.

CD placed himself there by texting Tammy saying he was there, making a fire, shooting and burying a racoon that morning.

This was only the preliminary.

FBI was very careful with their testimony. I believe so much more is coming. Murder charges will follow, IMO.

Well, he lives there and would have to be aware of what went on relative to his property. IMO

But so do other people. The state needs more evidence to button this up. If they don't have that evidence, they may struggle with murder charges in the future.

IMO the existence of the bodies on the property, and Chad lying to police about the kids was probable cause without all the rest.

It's hard to believe they could be their without him knowing AND he would then enter into an elaborate cat and mouse with police if in fact he didn't know anything about it.
