IMO
I know it’s not nice to comment on someone’s appearance but Chad looks like a pudgy ball of lumpy clay. I can’t imagine what Lori saw in him other than a pay day. I think she was initially drawn to him by his writing but then realized he was an easily manipulated dolt and used him all the way. She didn’t get the insurance from CV’s murder but Chad got Tammy’s and she felt she earned the right to help him spend it. Listening to her easy breezy lying to LE when they investigated CV’s murder and when they questioned her looking for JJ, she had a knack for manipulation. Lori and Chad will blame each other and both will blame Alex but I don’t think there’s a jury anywhere that won’t find them both despicable and guilty as hell.
But, he is God! Said sarcastically...

I thought it might be possible that they do not have Chad's cell phone data back from the FBI yet, since it took 2 months to get Tammy's back. They would not have confiscated Chad's phone until his arrest, right?
You are probably right since he was arrested recently on June 9th, right? It may take a few months.

If it was melted or partially melted, it would have been identifiable by a handle, if not what was left of its shape.
Good catch. Maybe.
But all three of these people, were doing things together with the kids stuff at storage.
But they will defend rhat Alex did it all then died.

Plus in a case like this, the FBI will find a way to gain access to the phone, even if it's outside of the in-house resources they have for unlocking phones and accessing data. The FBI and NSA are awesome but they're not the only ones and they're not opposed to using "additional" resources

They didn't call Rylene Nowlin from the police forensic services to give evidence, or did I miss it?

They did not. I was waiting for it too.

What about Prior's inquiry if MG had some sort of an auditory disorder? Was he trying to diminish her testimony?

I think he had her totally mixed up with DW who does have a hearing impairment. He definitely was trying to diminish her ability to recall dates. Trying to diminish both their testimonies. IMO

Also the wooden paneling covering JJ's body might have come from Chad's old furniture. I'd like to know the owner of the green bucket that was found partially melted at the bottom of Tylee's grave.
Yup, yup, and yup
Im very curious about the board, the bucket, the duct tape, the garbage bags, and if any dna was recovered linking any of them to the graves

Whoo Hoo! I’m soooo happy I’m literally crying. I could feel Kay and Larry’s emotions. One step closer to this monster either dying in jail or being given the death penalty. Can’t wait to see the same happen to Lori! MOO
Do you think Kay and Larry will be attending Lori's hearing next week? I sure do hope so.

It occurred to me after I posted the link to that video at Self Storage Plus that Alex's visit there was AFTER Tylee was buried.

Still, I wonder, since the "bucket" containing parts of TR's remains was green and this tote in the bed of Alex's truck had a green lid (and I'm not sure whether or not I remember another tote with green lid inside the unit when Nate visited there with Keith Morrison from Dateline...), did the conspirators purchase these plastic storage bins with green lids and plastic green buckets at the same place at the same time? Is there a big box hardware store or Walmart around there that featured these storage-related items in green?

ETA: FWIW, I looked back over my files from when I first saw that green-lidded tote back in June and I saved a screenshot of a page of identical-looking totes offered at WalMart at that time. It appears to be the Sterilite brand tote in Flat Gray with Spicy Lime lid. They were available at WalMart, Big Lots, and on eBay.

Thanks to Larry and Kay Woodcock !!!!
(and Prosecutor Wood)

Absolutely. Most importantly for seeing through Lori’s lies, engaging the police, and demanding answers.

You are right, and I do realize prisoners can make calls, but what bothered me, (It is much easier for me to depict in spoken word lol) was how easily she was able to just call him.

I just pictured in my head, him getting in his car and putting a call into the jail saying "have Lori call me". She is able to return his call right away AND it just happens to be at the very moment the search is going on. idk It just bothered me. o_O

Is it that easy to make a call anytime of the day while you are incarcerated?

Lori is in jail, not prison. She has not been convicted of anything at this point. As long as inmates have money on their books to pay for the calls they have phone privileges. I think it is almost impossible for inmates to receive calls from outside. She is calling him from an old fashion land line most likely mounted on a wall.

This is JMO, but it didn't look like Tylee had any support in that courtroom. Sure, the prosecutors, but no family. I know KW & LW weren't her direct relatives, but I almost wish they could have had a button/badge with her pic, too. It really made me sad. Those poor children!
If they attend Lor's hearing next week it would be fantastic to see them wearing a button or badge for her.

Tylee was so alone in the world. No one missed her at all. If it was not for the Woodcocks pursuing contact with JJ, no one would have even brought this up.

I thought I heard the FBI clearly state there are 4 areas burial site 1 & 2 (B1, B2), Fire Pit (FP) and Pet Cemetery (PC).
When Prior asked about the ash it was in reference to the "Pet Cemetery", however this where I think he was attempting to confuse the court. Prior was trying to establish the PC was 10x20. The 10x10 PC identified by the FBI is adjacent to B2. Whether the location of Tylees body was in Priors definition of the Pet Cemetery should be irrelevant. When the FBA Agent answered this question about ash - he said it wasn't found in the PC (I assume as he defines it, the 10x10 area). So Prior didn't ask if there was ash found in burial site 2. Not sure what he was trying to do here.....just confuse?

MOO It all goes to they didn't find the racoon as they didn't dig up all of what Chad might be referring to as the pet cemetery. That the pet cemetery was larger than what they said/measured to be the pet cemetery. Boy, that testimony was like pulling teeth as the guy on the stand didn't know the relevance to what he was asking. But, the judge did! lol

As to ash, I would have to listen to again to try to figure out your query/response.

MOO, they need to prep the witness better next time to avoid this from happening with a jury.

Seriously.
Oh yeah like Geragos was gonna get Scott Peterson off.
Nuff said.

MOO of course
Im not saying it's enough to save CD, but it was a tactile mistake to present more than the court requires. They only had to convice thr judge there was enough evidence to warrant a trial. Theres no reason to show the defense more than the bare minimum until the trial.

Here is what has been troubling me about this... We know he did shoot something because neighbors heard it, so what was it?

Have to wait to see the full autopsy of the remains and if they found any bullets

I got emotional today hearing the FBI Agent explain the process of uncovering Tylee's body. When they finally got to the "bottom" and discovered the melted bucket, then next to it a skull, a mandible, and some teeth...horrifying. And that his best description for what they discovered in that grave as a "mass" of bones and flesh, to picture that is so disturbing. I understood when the body was found that her body was dismembered, and I've certainly read enough true crime to get what that means, but to hear those specific details somehow was just too much. That poor girl. What was done to JJ is horrible as well, but "at least" his body was intact. That poor girl suffered through so much in her life with that monster for a mother, with no stable father figure to turn to. And then in her death, she was served up one final indignity of destroying her body...to say it's heartbreaking just doesn't even come close to describing it.
