It’s so irritating to me to hear them still calling her Vallow. She needs to be called Daybell. She murdered Charles Vallow and doesn’t deserve his name. She DOES deserve the Daybell name and the jury needs to hear it. They need to know she chose him over her children! And they need to know he is the idiot who chose her over his wife and buried those children on the DAYBELL property.

Thanks for posting this.....I think?!?!? It was a bit much to take in. Her voice is very grating. I will pass on the next audio tape.

I do hope the prosecution can use this in a murder charge against her.

This is a longer version of the recording that I listened to before. In the second part we can hear other people speaking, like MG and ZP. Lori claimed that she lived multiple lives. Presumably this was before Chad told her that they had been married before. It's no wonder that she believed him so easily.

Scott Reisch (a defense attorney with a yt channel) said that the info on the recording is not incriminating enough to be prosecutable.

BREAKING: New audio of 'Cult Mom' Lori Vallow Talking about murdering her husband

It's said in the video that the recording was made in MG's home and that the attendees (including MG and ZP) were associated with PAP.

MM says that Lori's recording was not part of the discovery that he received from the prosecution.

Chandler PD have the recording, but they did not receive it from Tylee's aunt AC, who provided it to media outlets. She got it anonymously from someone (IMO not from MG).

Chandler PD are now stating that there was no specific time frame for possible charges against Lori in Charles' case (six months were mentioned in earlier reports). They are still investigating.

They are making a point on Court TV that by the time of the recording Lori had not met Chad yet. I'd add that she was at least familiar with his (and others') books. She didn't come up with the multiple lives (probations) theory by herself.

Did Lori ever try to bring Charles into this mess? Because we know she tried with Tylee's aunt, correct?

She also tried with her friend from Hawaii AR. We don't know if she attempted to drag Charles into it before, but in January 2019 he concluded that she lost her mind and tried to get her evaluated. Interestingly Chad didn't get Tammy on board either. Why didn't he and Tammy lead the 144k together?

All I know is she married him. They both share the same last name. And it should be that way in court.

Perhaps because that was her address when she was arrested. She wouldn't have had any other address since her extradition.

I thought addresses were also used for notification purposes. It was even stranger that on Chad's Notice of hearing from Sept 15 his address was in Springville, UT.

Even if he didn't, he could put a stop to it if he wanted to. He's obviously 100% okay with her being "Miss Vallow". Jmo
