10:15 AM - Pawlowski's supervised parenting time will be 11/20 from 9AM-6PM, 11/29 same schedule, 12/2 after school from 3PM-8PM and same schedule for 12/3. Supervised parenting time on those visits.
10:13 AM - Right now specific agreements on recommendations are being discussed.
10:11 AM - Resolved legal decision making. Settlement discussions have been taking place. Joint legal decision making restored for Pawlowski and Boudreaux.

10:00 AM - Heard the name "Crider" mentioned by someone. Brad Crider is Brandon Boudreaux's attorney. Still waiting.
9:30 AM - Can hear some people talking a bit but not much. Just shows we are living in a COVID-19 world, as we can't be inside seeing why this trial is an hour late.
9:23 AM - Nearly an hour since trial was supposed to begin, no sign of it starting.
8:51 AM - We are still waiting. Quiet in the courtroom. Not sure what the hold up is.
8:34 AM - Boudreaux trial is about to begin. Some audio testing has been done. We are just waiting now.

It sounds like in Boudreaux vs. Pawlowski there will not be a trial with the evidence. It sounds like the parents have reached a custody agreement. The two seemed to have taken stabs at one another as their families fall in the midst of several homicide investigations. #Daybell

We're waiting to see if both parties return to court to discuss any other resolved issues. But it doesn't look like an in-depth trial will go down with the witnesses listed if Boudreaux & Pawlowski have settled.

Boudreaux said in court documents obtained by @jlumfox10 that Pawlowski
knew more about the disappearance of #TyleeRyan and #JJVallow than she let on. Pawloski said in documents that her ex-husband intentionally misled the court through the case.

Nancy Grace's interview with Chad's author friend JR from months ago. About 18 minutes in, JR talks about her phone call with Chad's daughter only a few hours after Tammy's death.

Some interesting details there, if true. After learning about Tammy's death, JR was told not to call Chad, but to call his daughter ED. The latter said that she and her siblings had no idea that their mother was going to die. She asked JR if she and Chad knew, to which JR answered that he did. ED mentioned that she was told by her father that her mother's veil was thinning and described the paintball gun incident to JR. Chad allegedly told his children that Tammy had a thin veil and was seeing with her "spirit eyes". According to Chad it was not a paintball gun that she saw but some sort of a "space gun".

ETA: JR claims that she speaks to Tammy often, that the latter asked her to go public and credits her with changing her view about Chad. Very conveniently, Tammy doesn't know how she died.

Some #LoriVallow-adjacent news out of Arizona: Lori's niece Melanie Pawlowski and her ex Brandon Boudreaux are in court for a custody case. Initially it looked as though there would be witness statements -- including Lori's friend Melanie Gibb -- but now perhaps not

Apparently, the couple came to an agreement and the judge approved joint custody. Melanie had lost custody of her children, very quickly married a man she met while visiting Lori Vallow in Rexburg, Idaho, around the same time Lori's kids vanished

I don't think the buck stops here. I think there's more. Maybe she gets arrested before visitation ever begins. I wonder if the witnesses could have compromised some investigations if they testified, hence the "agreement" right now. Just a theory.

Hmmm... interesting theory!

I can't imagine accepting any shared custody agreement if my ex (and crazy family) tried to kill me. But, maybe you're right and there is a lot more.
