Court vacates hearing for today and for 3/22.

April 7th is a new court date to discuss the matters that were supposed to be discussed today.

so that was a real quick one from what the public could see

New hearing is a status conference, not a continuation of current motions, I believe. Today's hearing and change of venue hearing vacated. That's what I jotted down.

I hope I am summarizing this correctly:

Attorneys, judge, and court reporter met privately in different combinations and sessions.

Judge returned and said what was addressed in those sessions is sealed.

Some motions vacated.

Next hearing will be in April.

Maybe means little to nothing. Of course I want to believe that something big is happening. Looking forward to those more knowledgeable weighing in.

Scott thinks it could be a plea disposition or more charges coming. I'm not sure what disposition means - have to go and look it up.

Yes I saw that too. Idk what was said but I have lots of questions that I hope will get answered through court filings within the next few days.

So disposition - dispose - settle, that's what it sounds like the meaning is. I'm not getting one answer when I look it up, it has several meanings in different contexts. I'm just going to assume he means a guilty plea or a dismissal of case. Perhaps others can weigh in.

I have a few theories but no proof about any so take it as it may

- They want to sever the cases hence Prior smirking and Means being sad
- They agreed to concede some facts as truth
- They are bargaining a deal for the current charges
- More charges coming.

As far as I know, none excludes any of the other so it could be all of the above or none FWIW.

Severed case, means CD can blame Lori VD.
He never knew a thing. Put the kids stuff in storage cause they were on a trip or being cared for by a relative.
Prior is a very sharky lawyer.

Lori should be addressed by her entire name...maiden name and every married name.

See, I think that it is opposite. If they had the evidence, CD would be charged. The fact that there has not been any release of information about TD's autopsy, to me, means it was either inconclusive or nothing found.

TD has a lot of relatives, children, parents, siblings, that deserve to know if she had been murdered. INMO. The authorities can't just sit on that information for over a year or more...
