I feel awful as I believe I was the OP that made a joke and said that. My emoticon didn't give enough to let y'all know I was just pointing out with sarcasm how ridiculously often he was there vs. not there, and documented by our very own SleuthD (vs. the other way taken that I didn't want to see dailies)

So much to learn from dailies, e.g. MM and JP there the same day!

Apologies to the entire thread for my bad taste and humor affecting the flow of the thread, and especially to you @SleuthD-o-doubleg so sorry and so thankful for your dailies.

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer. Since Bailey did not return to the house with Lori and Tylee, he either was not there to begin with, was at the school with JJ, or dropped off at person or persons unknown. Just another loose end ignored by the Chandler PD. Perhaps some enterprising journalist will inquire at the school and Bailey's trainer to resolve the point.

Which reminds me of another issue: That house backs up to a large horse farm. I wonder if anyone was exercising a horse that morning and heard the shots.

I sent a message to Annie Cushing to see if she has Baileys whereabouts in her timeline cuz I remember something about JJ and Bailey being in the car during the scuffle with the bat and Tylee going out to sit with them. Jmo until I locate the information.

Maybe this was premeditated, and CV was shot the minute he walked in the door by AC. With Tylee and JJ out of the way at the time, who knows?

Where were Tylee and JJ if Charles was killed immediately after arriving? To me it seems plausible that JJ was in Charles' rental car and that Tylee was told to go join him before the shooting occurred. This way she didn't have to lie about Charles being killed in self defense. I wonder if she really had anything to do with a bat. Lori telling her to lie about it would make her aware of a cover-up. Did Tylee ever believe that Charles was a physical threat to Lori (Lori's sister did)? How about him being a zombie?

Lori emailed the company on July 22 that she wanted to return Bailey and the trainer picked him up on August 30.

July 22, 2019: Lori Vallow sent Dog Training Elite in Phoenix an email about finding a new family for JJ’s service dog, Baily, due to a “change in life circumstances,” KTVB reported, citing court documents. The company picked up the dog on Aug. 30.

If I accurately recall the alleged timeline of events that morning, this observation is quite true.

Tylee, JJ and Bailey could have spent the night at Alex's place for all we know. Tylee babysat JJ all the freaking time; why not that particular overnight? Are there any otherwise uninvolved witnesses who say they saw Tylee, JJ, or Bailey in the vicinity of their house that morning?

Lori could have left the house to go pick them up at Alex's before, during, or after Charles' murder, taken JJ to school (IIRC we do know he was at school that morning) while leaving Bailey at Alex's, then driven back to the house with Tylee to give her concocted and rehearsed-with- Tylee version of events.

I wouldn't take Lori's word for it if she told me the sky is blue and I need water to live. She has proven herself to be an incessant liar and a master manipulator/gaslighter.

I find it difficult to believe that Tylee would have to learn an entire false story complete with different locations to tell to police. IMO it's more likely that Tylee's involvement was kept to a minimum. She could tell the truth about what she saw (adults arguing) but would not witness Charles' murder.

And JJ passes away Sept 23, 2019.....LV sure did some planning with giving the dog back, the wedding ring purchase and wedding ring purchase plus more!

It’s mountain time (which is what Idaho is on). Eastern time is 2hrs ahead of us. So yes Tricia is correct.

I can imagine Lori telling Tylee that Charles was scary mad and Alex had to shoot him or Charles would kill Lori. Then explaining if Tylee told the bat story it would keep the cops from making their life miserable and possibly arresting Uncle Alex for his heroic actions.

If the bat story was fabricated Tylee may have had her suspicions but likely brushed them aside. Admitting what her mother and Uncle really were to herself would be an awful lot for a teenager.

Tylee may well have been inside. She was exposed to more horror and sick behavior in her short life than many people see in 100 years.

I should know this, but did LE (either before or after helpfully cleaning up blood evidence) ever interview JJ? Clearly it would require a specialized interviewer sensitive to his needs, but he’s the only one involved who would have probably told the truth.
