I cannot conceive of ANY reason why he is there day after day after day. And the $$$ to do such. Unless he is pulling a Jose Baez? MOO

Perhaps we'll see the prosecutor and the jail finds a relay of some sort ( a la Jodi Arias and her cryptic page numbers for secret notes hidden in spine of magazine). Don't know if meetings to her lawyer obviate any type of such "looking into", but would assume so... again, back to Baez type of arrangement?

Thank you! Happy to keep everyone updated. I’m not sure how he’s getting paid. Pro bono? Book and movie rights? LVD family? An unnamed benefactor? Idk that any of these would surprise me honestly.

Has anyone here heard courttv report that a grand jury is being held for the deaths of Tylee, JJ AND Tammy? I'm hearing it was just live on courttv but its not showing on their website yet.

It might actually be happening!

I was just complaining that all the cases I follow are in a holding pattern and then Barry Morphew is arrested and now this!!!

Apparently I need to complain for things to start moving... So today, my complaints about stalled cases are for Jennifer Dulos and Orrin and Orson West and every single other missing/murdered/cold cases too-!!!!

I am truly crying! This small tweet just gave me so much hope!

Pretty big stuff! Talk about a lot of unknowns...Is it for CD, LV or both? Who is going to run the show? Fremont, RW or both? Amazing that lab stuff is just getting back so looks like it's going to get real and real fast for the defense. Let's just hope the judge doesn't drag this out till 2038.

I think it's safe to say at this point that TD autopsy didn't come back inconclusive

I also am of the mindset that Tammy's autopsy came back as less than natural... by alot!

I am eagerly waiting for confirmation on this. CourtTV is not the most reliable source. Their judgement is certainly "off" at times, considering they had MM on as an "Expert Criminal Defense Attorney" commenting on the Chauvin trial.
