This is MOO……I listened to ALL the live podcasts. yes, I was up all night long. Sleep eludes me many nights. Tricia and True Crime were super. I wish everyone could have listened to them. There are others too I listened too that had the same info on the leaked recorded phone call.

Still there is another live podcast that was taken down by the Podcaster who talked to MM. I was flabbergasted at what I heard. Only more questions and more problems are coming out. I will not reveal what was said as I can no longer link but. I think there will be changes coming…..and I see above that some are questioning if it is attorneys….hmmm. That’s MOO.

Again I do think LV is at the jail. I know, I know, she is reported not to be there. However, if LV was in mental treatment before MM motioned for her to be declared incompetent and before the Prosecution agreed for LV to be treated, there is a Good chance that LV was admitted to the hospital, treated and released to continue her treatment at the jail house. From what I remember this has been done before with other inmates. Because of the high profile case and the releasing of info that was not to be released, the Courts can prevent the media and public from knowing where LV is. Why else would MM be at the jail if he has no other clients as reported here? Why go except to he LV. Technically LV still would be under treatment of the doctors from the hospital even if she is t the jail. Why was LV sent back to the jail? Well, 1) because she could continue treatment there, 2)she is safer at the jail, 3)Covid concerns and 4)the fiasco with the released phone call that was not to be released is a big cause.

I am not convinced she is still at the hospital, but I lean to her being at the jail under the hospital doctors care. So therefore any public paper work can show she is at the hospital.

I don’t like at all what LV and CD did….murdering so many people. (I am saying it nicely). Our laws say that LV and CD are innocent until proven guilty and they have certain rights. For now this is what will go on

I hope there is one or two people in particular that will have to face a Judge to explain just WHY they did what they did.

I wish all Podcasters could be like Tricia. She is very careful with what she allows to be discussed on WS and what is talked about on her Podcast. True Crime Ladies are very careful like Tricia too in what they report.

I have noticed since all the leaked phone call information came out, media, podcasters and others have gone pretty much silent regarding this case and new information A very good idea, as the leak has to be stopped.

She was present at the first hearings (murder cases) and her name is listed as one of the attorneys on this notice governing courtroom conduct: Order Governing Courtroom Conduct 060221.pdf (idaho.gov) That particular document is from CD's murder case. Then we have the earlier motion for pro hac vice admission that was granted and unsealed, but it never has popped up on the other site so I don't know who it is for. That earlier document precedes it. And now this one. I hope they publish some of these documents soon, I don't see what the harm could be and they published the others when she joined CD's concealment case. MOO

Tricia approved Hidden True Crime. Tricia talked with both ladies on her LIVE show recently. The ‘good’ Lori as, Lauren’s friend is called, is a retired military and civilian attorney. She is writing a book on this case. The Good Lori writes a news letter and explains a lot. Below is the link to the newsletter. The Good Lori explains all that is going on with MM and the Podcaster. Here is one excerpt of the newsletter and the Good Lori explains some of the court proceedings and court questions people have.

“….seems that Lori's attorney, Mark Means, has been exchanging a lot of information with YouTube creator Awen Rees. I'm not going to respond to questions about my personal experience with Awen; I choose to focus on the case and the victims, but many of you have asked about the impact on the case.”

The YouTuber in question here said multiple times how much they trusted the “good” Lori and sought to hire her for legal help in navigating some Non disclosure agreement. She said she can and will back up this by sharing the emails at some point - so we can only conjecture at this point without “seeing” more.
I do find it interesting though, that the “good” Lori will not even go near the question about if this YouTuber was trying to hire her and solicit her help and expertise….not acknowledging it, not denying it, not saying anything about it. It would be interesting if some day emails are shown to “prove” that this YouTuber was seeking her help, and it would match up with many of the overwhelmingly positive comments about the “good” Lori this YouTuber had (and even still seems to have despite all of this).

it’s certainly an interesting situation. I don’t know what I feel about all of this so far, not without seeing more to substantiate claims of either party

I heard most of the live before it was taken down, and it sounded like the messages between the two them were part of pending legal action, so it will probably be a long time, if ever, before we get to see them. The word "blackmail" was used by the YouTuber. MOO, I believe there was concern that this situation with MM and AR could cause a mistrial.

Any doubt I had that Alex was not murdered evaporated when I read this in the referenced post:

“Chad and Lori tell Melanie that Alex, Kay and Tylee have now become Zombies.”

Do we have any indication at all the the police are still investigating Alex’s death or have his killers completely gotten away with his murder?
