JUST IN: Rexburg PD says Lori Daybell told witnesses her daughter died a year before the death of her father - which is false. This happened weeks after Tammy Daybell’s death. Police say Chad Daybell also said Lori had no minor children.

Interesting to me quote from the Press Release

"If we find that harm was done to these children within our jurisdiction, we will prosecute whoever caused that harm."

We have to keep in mind that Rexburg PD may not be the ones pressing charges, if charges need to be pursued.

Maybe Chad really didn't know that Lori had kids? I don't believe anything he says, but maybe. Now he is in a deep pile of 'trouble"

I think this should be charging decisions not "charming dexisions" obviously.

Well all of that is interesting. I'm thinking the PD is getting this all out there in the hope that someone who knows where the kids are (possibly keeping/watching them for Lori) will hear this and realize they're being lied to or used. MOO.

Now I’m wondering about when Charles Vallow was murdered...we’ve all read the kids were there when it happened. Maybe they weren’t. Maybe the escalation point of the argument was Charles trying to get the kids for a visit and she had already disappeared them. I wonder if the PD in AZ ever laid on eyes on them during the investigation.

I think they could have gone a step further and said, that hiding and harboring or whatever the term is, is a crime in and of itself and WHOEVER is helping, COULD be facing charges themselves.

I'll go one step more. We can't sleuth family here. But, I will say, IF you are family, and you are NOT talking about this case, or that your family is MISSING, I hope to God you have all your friends, and all the LE in your area beating down your door looking for those kids. One BIG red flag in my mind.

JJ was in school September 23, Tylee was seen in September. They were alive after Charles was murdered in JULY.

Oj, accesories, and witness intimidation. Lots of stacked charges for a lot of people. Lori and Chad of course. But also for those who blindly protected Lori and Chad.

Well, my guess at the time Lori had no children with her and was trying to explain why there was no children.

Much more likely they know where Chad and Lori are. Because if FBI knew where children are, they could have simply have gone and gotten the children.
