One day, a police officer showed up on Seth's doorstep, asking about Lori and her children. He said about a week later, two nights before Thanksgiving, he saw Lori and her brother packing up a truck. He figured they were going somewhere for the holiday.

"Next morning — Boom. They're gone," Seth said. That's when police and the FBI came crashing in.

I can not imagine what this little guy has gone through. In the divorce papers it mentions JJ's ipad and therapy. There is a reason to mention that ipad ..It probably refers to his ability to communicate and function.

Not that this makes it better but on the Gray Hughes show the other night there was a lady on claiming(she seemed legit) to be Charles Vallows neice. She said while JJ was autistic he was able to “talk your ear off” so it seems he was high functioning at least communication wise. MOO of course

Another interesting tidbit from this article is that Alex came to Rexburg with Lori and had townhome in the same complex. He died on 12/12 in Phoenix. Raises more questions than answers.

I've been trying to wrap my head around the new info. Lori has at least one other brother so we are assuming it is Alex that the neighbor refers to but that is not certain. I think it is a good assumption though.

I'm leaning more and more to the theory that this is a group preparing for a July 2020 event they expect. They started putting a plan in action last July, triggered either by Charles death, which may or may have been planned, or because it was "T minus 1 year." I think there is a compound somewhere, or perhaps a bunker.

They all met in Vegas Thanksgiving weekend, married up, then headed down to Phoenix. Maybe the new wife of Alex offed him for insurance money or because he figured out their plan and would not go along with it.

Sure, wild speculation but I can't think or any other logical theory tying all these events together.

It was not hard to find the owner/operator of the Avow forum. Hopefully LE are talking with him and watching actvity on his forum.

New article. Lori's brother moved to Idaho too? Which brother? Also, neighbor says he did see Tylee in Idaho (once).

"He said he helped her move in a few weeks before school started in September."

This almost surely means before school started at BYU-I, especially since the school year for JJ would have started on 8/7 according to the school district calendar I posted earlier. School at BYU-I started on 9/16, so it sounds like he's saying the end of August or first part of September if it was "a few weeks before."

So is Lori's brother here Alex? That would explain him having Tylee's car in AZ trying to shoot BB, if in fact that's what happened. (I'm confused now as to what is and isn't thought to have happened there now.)

The thing that scares me is where did C.V’s life insurance go to? Its been said (i cannot confirm) it was not to Lori. In that case would some of it be to his step daughter and adopted son? If so and they could not claim would it be given to their nearest relative?? Their Mother perhaps?

I thought about that, but why would Chad have his own townhouse and who was his "friend." I think Alex makes more sense. MOO

100%. Even in the case of self defense, it is inconceivable that there wouldn't be a little light digging into Alex's past.

Don't understand it. If they were working on a Maricopa County Grand Jury Indictment for the death of Charles Vallow, 4+ months seems a bit long without charging Alex.

This was in July/August/September. Seems unwise to be hanging out with the woman you are having an affair with in a small town. But anything is possible. I was thinking friend=Alex's soon to be wife

Charles had two sons from a relationship? before Lori. I very much hope the money went to them.

This fits. Seth says they loading a truck two days before Thanksgiving and were gone the next day when the police served the warrant. That's 11/26 and 11/27. Thanksgiving was 11/28.

I think that was the initial welfare check. Then they told the police the false story about him being with friends in Arizona. When they found out it was false is when they came back. I could be wrong though.

I know that has been widely said but how do we know that?

I was thinking the same thing. The police report would state whether she was present. And surely if Lori said Tylee was there police would interview Tylee, right? Not so sure—this is the same dept that astoundingly bought the self-defense tale told by a woman who recent court documents state had threatened to kill the victim

We’ve seen nothing to indicate local LE analyzed forensic info like bullet trajectory, angle of bat hits, blood spatter nor is there info to suggest they confirmed whereabouts or examined financial records or electronic data. For all we know they may have done little more than take Lori and Alex’s statements, call the ME who did an autopsy concluding he died from gunshot wounds. Possibly ran ballistics too confirming “yeah, and this is the gun that shot him.”

If they didn’t examine forensics, finances, whereabouts and electronic info it’s entirely possible they didn’t bother to locate or talk to Tylee. Is there anyone who says they’ve seen Tylee since Hawaii? My heart is breaking for her.

Local LE in Tammy and Alex’s deaths have both made statements (albeit brief) about their investigation. Have we heard anything from LE re Charles’s murder? If they aren’t reopening that case now perhaps someone else should. And while they’re at it assess the department for signs of laziness, incompetence, stupidity and corruption.

I know I sound livid w/little info to support my suspicions. But I’m 100% convinced Charles’ murder was premeditated and had these guys done their job JJ and probably Tylee would both be safe right now and Tammy might still be alive.

What this tells us is:

1. This Seth guy in Idaho SAW Tylee alive in September 2019
2. Lori lied about attending school
3. I wonder which grandmother this meant... did she mean her mother or Charles' sister?

What I like about this is that it seems to be the answer to why LE and the media (based on their say so) thinks Tylee was seen in September. Being alive in September compared to may homeless or dead as long ago as 2018 or 2017 is a whole lot better.
