This was also brought up in Lawrence Wright's book on Scientology "Going Clear" - what are the odds that everyone was Napolean or Cleopatra in a past life instead of a house servant, beggar, plague victim, etc. (Scientology believes heavily in past lives and doesn't limit itself to lives on planet earth).

He can't unfortunately no, but his family certainly can and will win if these documents are anything to go by and if it is hopefully not too late. Things are becoming a little clearer.

I am pretty sure the child needs to be actually alive for family to fight for custody. As of now, I don't believe that to be the case.

I want to clarify/reiterate that it is totally possible that the Daybell kids are only in contact with Chad via lawyer. I haven't heard anything to suggest they've had direct contact with him, and the fact they're now pointing people to the same lawyer as Chad makes me think that lawyer has a lot going on right now.

The attorney definitely should NOT be representing both Chad and his children. Given all the legal implications, possible aiding and abetting, OOJ, the best interests of the kids is likely not in the best interest of Chad. Definitely a conflict of interest. Of course, he might not be formally representing them, but I thought even giving advice would be a conflict of interest... I'm not sure what the line is, IANAL. @gitana1 ?

I am very interested in their "July 2020" timeline. I have to admit with all the weddings going on, I thought they might be focused on Jan 1,2020. Sadly, there are so many "end times" predictions (seems like the 2015 blood moon was a biggie) that it is hard to discern what this group (however large or small) is "awaiting". Six more months bunkered up or on the run is a long time...

I hope LE gets answers about JJ and Tylee's whereabouts long before then.

They are delusions aren't they? But did she in fact murder Charles and let Alex take the blame, she threatened it and he ended up dead anyway Like Tammy in Chad's premonition of her death.
