I think a date of 17th Nov was possibly speculated as a marriage date

Nov. 17th was the first I had heard about the wedding. I would have been prior. I've heard as soon as 10 days following Tammy's death, to 2-weeks.

Maybe someone already asked (I'm sorry if I'm repeating)... Do you or anyone close to Chad have a clearer idea of the date Chad and Lori married? And, could it be they did not actually marry but Chad told people this so he would not be considered as "living in sin"?
It is possible that he could have married later but said they were already married. I will not speculate as to the truth of Chad's actual or alleged statements, but I did hear about the marriage secondhand regardless. As I've had no contact with Chad since Oct 24.

Gotcha'. Thank you!

I’ve been thinking about the custody angle: even if a case isn’t active in courts but Lori feared losing JJ (whether for love or money Or both) nothing she’s doing now strengthens her case for keeping them—acting sanely and following the legal process for disputes would be the best course of action. Am I missing anything? Also I might lean that way if there weren’t so many dead bodies (and attempts w evidence) around. Sigh. This needs to be over w these kids safe is all I can say.

I dunno about the vehicle in the garage. It doesn't look like the Nissan logo to me. Jmo
I thought Rogue was the red one parked on the street.

It is possible, but I don't think so. Again, modern travel provides it is possible over the potential of five days from Nov 27 through Dec 1. I know without shadow of doubt (evidence provided to LE) they were elsewhere during part of it.

We know from @Maxxer500 who is a WS VI as Chad's nephew that Chad was in Hawaii (or claimed to be) at least part of November. Does this match up with what you were hearing? His post is way back in thread #2 so I'll quote below.

"The last time I personally was in contact with Chad was probably Tammy's funeral, and for some family members about a week after remarrying (I heard about him marrying Lori exactly 2 weeks after Tammy's funeral). He included nothing about kids and said he would never visit the family in Utah or something like that. We were all pretty upset by that, because it felt disrespectful to Tammy's memory to instantly detach from the family. At the time he was in Hawaii and apparently told his parents they were free to visit, though I don't know if they did. No one knew he planned to remarry, and we were all in disbelief at the fact that he would remarry 2 weeks after Tammy's death. (I wanted to add: this marriage, if actually officiated, must have been a civil marriage. Getting a temple marriage for your first marriage is enough of a process as it is, let alone this being a 2nd or 5th/6th marriage.)"

Assuming Lori was making her decisions as to how to act based on logic, you'd be right. I've seen no reason to believe she'd be doing that though. MOO

I don't recall. I'm sorry I didn't pay as much attention in the past. While I was attuned to the circumstances as odd, I didn't remember until after FBI investigation and LE presence.

It's not a problem. :)

We've been speculating the one on the street is a Rogue. We've read Lori had a Rogue and the one on the street sure resembles my Rogue.

We really dont know what is in the garage. It doesnt look like a Nissan logo to me from our limited view.

I walked the same halls as Chad. I spoke to this man, he was the executive secretary in the current bishopric and listened to him talk in church meetings and never once did I think that he was a bit off. He acted normal in everyday life. Little did I know that he was leading 2 seperate lives. One, the everyday father and husband and the other, the man that was gathering flocks of followers that believed him to be a seer and revelator. I just thought he was quiet but it always tends to be the quiet ones that you should be wary of.

The thing that makes me shudder the most was this last summer when my daughter was taking a writing class up at the college and needed to interview someone about writing. My wife and I suggested Chad Daybell. He lived just down the road and was a writer. It is a good thing she listened to her inner voice and did not contact him.

It is said that hindsight gives you perfect perspective....that is....IF you know what you are looking for and at. The more layers that you peel from this onion the more layers there seem to be. Perhaps there is a core to this mystery but until key pieces fall into place there is only rehashing the same old topics.

The LDS church is not at fault here. Everyone wants to feel important. Most of us however are just average everyday human beings. Apparently, because of his NDEs, Chad felt that he was above the average that everyone else could acheive. He tried to get his voice heard through his writing but was not quite as successful as he felt he should be. Through chat groups(AVOW and PAP) and podcasts he was able to gather a following that would stroke and inflate his ego and lend credence to his words and theories from his visions.

Then a woman entered his world like no other. She clung to every word he said(it has been stated several time that she was obsessed with his books even years ago) and made Chad feel more important than he had ever felt in his entire life. She planted seeds of deception and tended them until she felt she could manipulate Chad into doing things that were completely out of his character. He may have had differing views than the mainstream church however Lori seemed to be the catalyst that brought out the Chad that was lurking under the surface.

Until recently, Chad appeared to be the normal church abiding member when all the while harboring a secret life where he was to the the supreme leader.

These are just my thoughts and opinions in trying to make sense of this multifaceted, confusing mess

Well, it's been said every Jezebel needs an Ahab. Jmo.

Is it likely the FBI is tracking not only Lori and Chad's financial activities but also that of her immediate family?? I'm really just wondering about the legal aspects of the FBI's ability to do this relatively easily.

You made this exact same post on thread #3 on December 31. Is there a specific reason you chose to repost it today? Just curious.

So many warrants to procure and yet no one is a suspect yet. When will the LEA get off their hands and pull the trigger on calling them suspects? I want to chip in $5K to the arrest and conviction of Chad & Lori fund.

Now I’m really confused. Did you repost it, Alpha Bravo? It’s posted as if the OP, lurker042, posted it himself/herself on the current thread.

I think sadly it was a really huge thing that Lori got rid of JJ's dog. That right there tells us everything. I think the FBI is waiting on Tammy's autopsy and then moving forward.

Yes. That sounds accurate to what I've been told as far as substance and timeline, and reflects the sentiments of those I know regarding his marriage so soon after Tammy's death.
