Well true... and how long was response time? I mean she didn’t even know he died yet? Correct? I mean if Alex was doing cpr? She had to have left or she’d be the one calling ...
I think Charles was very clearly dead after being shot in the chest twice.911 dispatcher would tell him to do CPR regardless.

Im not familiar with thier beliefs but i did consider whst you suggested. Its a valid point, but red flags or not, if you murded someone, most people, sane ones rather taise suspicion than hand over conclusive proof.

Im not defending anyone or pretending i know things i dont. Im saying this is really crazy stuff.

Theres so many unanswered questions that im completely unsire of my own opinion

The operative words here are "...most people, sane ones..." o_O.

But I agree, there are a few options at play here, IMO.

1- There was no foul play in Tammy's death. Quick burial timeline was coincidental (along with all other suspicious circumstances).
2- Tammy's death was due to foul play, but Chad wasn't involved in or aware of it. It was carried out by Lori and/or Alex. Quick burial timeline was coincidental.
3- Chad was involved in foul play that caused Tammy's death, but he made a calculated decision about red flags raised by cremation. Without being part of the religion/culture, I don't think you can understand how unusual/suspicious cremation would appear, especially in a really traditional and devout family (Tammy's family, and by appearances, the immediate Chad Daybell family), and even more especially when you are making your living in the near death experience/resurrection/end times-obsessed fringes of Mormonism.
4- Chad was involved in foul play that caused Tammy's death, but hubris or visions (or both) caused him to believe he wouldn't be caught, so he didn't worry too much about evidence. Tammy's death was part of an important plan, and everything would work out fine.

Idle musing - You have just had a fight/killing in your living room. Why does Lori take the kids , in Charle's rental car, and leave the scene knowing LE is on the way ? Why not take them to the back of the house, back or front yard, to get them away from the body and wait on LE ? . Why leave your protective brother there alone to face the "music?"..... Was she afraid of Child Protective Services stepping in ? Were she and Tylee getting their story "straight"( if needed ) ?.....moo
She marches to the beat of a different drummer?

I've been around plenty of people verbally arguing. It never occurred to me to then show up with a bat. Yet Tylee supposedly showed up with a bat. Why? Her uncle is there, he surely could have protected her mother if needed. Charles then managed to take the bat, and somehow hit Alex in the back of the head, even though Alex was supposedly trying to intervene? With his back to the person with the bat?
Alex then goes gets his gun from his bedroom? If you can go get your gun, you can certainly call 911 first, can't you? The story is clear as mud.

Well put. And totally in agreement on what you're saying in #3.

Hi new poster but I have been following this case. I really hope that these kids are found safe and well quickly.

This police video does shed some light on how a 17 year old would vanish willingly though and stop using her phone. It would be very easy to convince her that the police are lying (if there’s already a lot of distrust with LE anyway) and that they’re looking for her for the murder of CV. MOO but LV could have her hidden somewhere and obeying everything her mom does because she may know a lot more about CVs death than first thought. Poor kid could be believing everything her mom tells her.

Why did they need to run anywhere at that point?

That's the bottom line. Why run. Stay on the premises. Bedroom, backyard all options.

Why did she take his rental car?? She didn't want to take the truck? She had to move his rental before she could get her car out of the garage... And didn't want to go to that trouble? Did she actually take his wallet, keys and his car?

I assumed it was the room Alex was staying in, not Tylee's, since all it had was a mattress and gun bag. Moo.

I only watched twice but I am almost certain it was in the room with pink walls and black and white stripes, not the messy room with stuff all over the floor.

The more I learn about her, the more I believe Alex committed suicide. I can't even imagine the emotional sway she held over him, the verbal harangues, possibly even blackmail, the increasingly bizarre orders. It must have just gotten to be to much. I mean Alex was no angel ;), but she was so incredibly manipulative and their relationship was beyond dysfunctional. Moo.

Yes, right next to the gun bag.

Alex has just gotten married and Lori wasn't there anymore. I don't see him killing himself.

I wonder if Alex was hit in the back of the head by Charles( after he took the bat away from Tylee) as he went towards the bedroom to get his gun ? He then left the bedroom and shot Charles in the empty living room area ????......moo

I would think a suicide autopsy could come back really quickly?

I can see if he expected it to be a quick exchange leaving the car running. Especially if it was already hot. Maybe he had left his wallet in the car? If this was the case, what caused an argument to ensue?

M

yea the report says fired “at least 2 shots”. Now how do you miss that close? Alex has shot a gun before. I hope there are more reports.

also noted one report says the related date was aug 1 .
I have a strong suspicion Alex is not a very good shot.

That's incredible. I saw no CPR or baseball bat but I have only watched once. I feel so sorry for Charles Family seeing this. The cops seem clueless I am sorry to say IMO.

I can see that and it would be great if that's reality since if it is, it means she's alive. MOO

I only watched twice too, and I got an impression that it was Tylees room, but I forgot that Alex was staying there. The really messy room was probably JJ's. Have to go back and watch again.

Oh my gosh. Did you guys watch the video of police body cameras?

time: was it 3:45 pm?
He says 4 shots?
Lori is gone!

Alex I think says that Lori might be in Charles car? What did he say?

The cop asks where is the car he came in and AC says " I don't know maybe a rental?" But no one else around with all rooms empty except one messy room and one with a mattress on the floor.

Drug OD deaths take the longest! Celebrity autopsies take forever.
