Alex had already gone to prison for attacking Lori's ex husband, maybe he didn't want to go back? Maybe he thought charges might be coming for the Charles Vallow murder or other crime he committed? MOO

Maybe someone with better eyes and better equipment in which to view the video can see if there is any damage to the walls from either gunfire or a bat being swung within the house? Is it a mirror behind Charles, where the bat also lies?

The baseball bat is next to Charles, but the gun is on the floor in what I presume is Tylee's room. That seems so strange to me.

FWIW, I think that was Tylee's room too. Alex had a house elsewhere in the area but the neighbors that reported seeing the pool party also said Alex stayed at the house with Lori and the kids for days after the shooting:

“That day the neighbors reported a pool party at the house, the same day Charles was murdered, with loud music and lots of people swimming. Neighbors also reported Alex was staying at the house for several days following the shooting even though he lived in the same area. I spoke with Lori several times days following the shooting and she never sounded shocked, sad or heartbroken, as you would think a bride would be watching her husband die,” Pongratz wrote in his post.

BBM. I was under the impression from those comments that Alex had not been staying there before the shooting, otherwise why would they notice him there for days afterward? It was presumably out of the norm for Alex to stay there and that was why neighbors noticed. MOO.

Thank you... so would be interesting to know where the dog was this day. Before or after return. If before, how the heck do you get a dog attention with all that fighting supposedly happening? Get the leash, get in a strange car, get they keys and leave BEFORE Charles was shot? And while doing all that STILL not think to call 911 YOURSELF!

eta: In my area fire and police would both come and be called together. I noticed the officer tell another one that fire was en route. It seemed almost like he was saying they had called them. I would’ve expected them to be dispatched together. That surprised me.

I wonder if Alex’s 13 year old stepson has ever met his step-cousins Tylee and JJ? Surely LE has interviewed the stepson as he was apparently there when Alex died.
I think Alex had reason to be distraught at Tammy’s exhumation, even if that was on behalf of Lori, but I guess I don’t really think Alex would suicide when he knew a kid would find him. I think he was probably coerced into marrying.

Sounds like an obvious lie to me. Lori and Alex didn't want the kids to be interviewed because the kids could tell what really happened. MOO.

How long had they lived at that house? It looks more like they were camping there with mattresses on the floor. The LE with the cam went into one room that had lots of baggage telling another officer he was just looking for some kind of ID on the guy, meaning CV. The master bedroom looked more complete. I also heard there were 3 or 4 shots fired and there was an officer picking up bullet casings. Was CV staying there also? I know it's been said CV would take JJ out for breakfast. If not, AC had a lot of belongings in the one bedroom to just be staying a few nights due to the shooting. jmo

According to the landlord, they moved there in June. I don't know if it was in the article, but the landlord said this on FB a few days before the article about the pool party etc. (Can't do much checking.....ATM)
