I wouldn't think there would be a warrant for MB ( now MP ) because it was only trespassing and she was bailed. (Maybe check the court under her married name now.) AC really was the family fixer wasn't he?

There is some weirdness with this trespassing situation. Her bail was supposedly $2500 but that doesn't make any sense to me. The fine for trespassing in Utah is usually capped at $1000.

Also, the police report posted several threads ago indicates the incident occurred on Nov 12. The report was dated the 14th I think. Probably doesn't matter.

I know nothing about charges, but I pulled this from Justin Lum Fox 10 Phoenix
Police later found cause for a domestic violence enhancement since Brandon and Melani were still married. The officer determined Melani should be taken into custody for arrest.

Does enhancement here maybe mean an enhancement of the charge? MOO

I'm not sure how I missed this earlier, but in this article, the search warrant for Tammy and Chad's home was ISSUED by Arizona and then executed by FBI and the Rexburg police. Am I reading this correctly??

Idaho man's home searched for wife's death, missing stepkids with possible Arizona ties

Not sure now.

"On Saturday, Rexburg Assistant Chief Gary Hagen referred requests for information about the warrant from the Arizona Republic to the Fremont County sheriff, saying "it was their warrant and in their jurisdiction pertaining to their suspicious death case."

Sheriff Len Humphries in Fremont County did not respond to questions Saturday about what led to the warrant being served and what evidence was recovered.

Hagen confirmed Rexburg police is the lead agency in the case of the missing children.

FBI spokeswoman Sandra Barker said it assisted Rexburg police and the Fremont County sheriff with their respective investigations."

Eta the suspicious death and warrant is regarding Tammy (Fremont county) and Rexburg case is the missing children. Got it now I think.

Blame everything on Alex, he killed Charles, shot at Brandon, disappeared Tylee and JJ, he poisoned Tammy...and isn't it convenient that he is dead?!

Really interested in how Alex died...and there is literally nothing out there about how he died.
He does appear to fix unwanted spouses doesn't he? Yet he was never arrested or charged for either CV death or BB attempt.

Did she trespass twice?

I came here seeking insight and information concerning what was happening in my community. I have lived in Salem a good long time and this whole situation is shocking to myself and everyone in this community.
I have seen it said that just because a person is a first time poster or have a low number of posts that they have nothing to offer. When I see information that has been incorrect I have tried to correct it. I only talk about things I know. I have a unique perspective into people’s lives that most so do not and I have shared that information with LE.
At this point, Tricia and I decided at this juncture verification is not necessary for me.
Local posters are very helpful with cases and your information has been appreciated by myself. TY for continuing to comment on here.

In the bodycam footage Alex says he drives a truck to Arkansas every week. I also saw somewhere in a police report where he gave the name of the company he worked for and it was short. It was redacted but the name was short. I'm fairly sure he drove for a big box retailer headquartered in Bentonville Ark that begins with a W. So his route would not have gone anywhere near Idaho or Utah at the time of the shooting in July. If I am right about his company it means he could have possibly been able to change routes when he moved to Idaho.
I think he stopped working after Charles died.

I think what may be confusing things is the name of the newspaper-- "Arizona Republic" is the name of the news source reporting on the story. The way I'm reading it is AZ Republic News asked Rexburg Sheriff for comment about Tammy's death and Rexburg said to check with Fremont County Sheriff since she died in Fremont County, ID. "It was their warrant" is referring to Fremont County. MOO.
Yes, exactly. Suspicious death therefore would be Tammy's. Warrant for search of Daybell home was served by Fremont County, not Arizona.

Their warrant means Fremont county warrant. Arizona Republic ( news source) requested information about the warrant from Rexburg Assistant Chief, and Chief told them to contact Fremont County Sheriff. Daybell home was located in Fremont County.

Just to throw it out there...

If they were planning to come to Hawaii they would not have been able to bring the service dog without going through a LONG process. You can't bring animals to Hawaii, not even service dogs, unless you have a clearly documented vaccination record and titers for rabies taken over a very specific time frame, something like at least 180 days before arrival but not more than 1 year. So basically, if they were planning an escape to Hawaii, that could explain why she ha to get rid of the dog.

Personally I don't buy into the Hawaii theory though.
She had documentation that Bailey (the dog) had rabies vaccination. She posted that when trying to sell Bailey. It was an attached file to the ad. Presumably all that Bailey would need then is rabies titers.

Did she trespass twice?
Technically only one time, but she first came over to their house on Nov 12th and then returned on Nov 14th. But she was only arrested on November 14th.

Supposedly. We haven't seen what prosecutors ultimately charged her with only what the police had done. That said, because she entered the garage she could have been charged with felony burglary and since the garage is attached to the home and the home was occupied she could have been charged with burglary of an occupied structure which is a higher degree felony.

If Chad truly believes he is elite for the call out that they believe could be imminent where would someone of his stature need to be? I cannot follow places other than NW Missouri and Utah. Have read Denver would be the new Capitol by one. I know there are a variety of ideas circulating but can anyone pinpoint very specific places that Chad and Lori would have focused on being near?

  • #957
Yes. November 12 @ 6pm and November 14 @ 10:30pm. She was warned the first time, charged the second.
TY for that. Maybe there was a protection order too considering the attempt on BBs life. MOO.

When did Chad learn that Tammy's death was being investigated as suspicious? Did he consider fleeing for that fact alone? Him and Lori seem to be on the run for two reasons: investigations into missing children and Tammy's death.

This must be right! When I searched for the first instance of the Nissan Rogue, I only found someone referencing it second hand. I am assuming the original post was deleted if it came from Facebook. Sorry for referencing something that I had thought was later verified.

Alex giving Colby his car was in the GH Youtube text exchange with Lori's family member.

I'm assuming Alex stopped driving the car that had been video taped in a crime, to not further implicate himself. Of course, he most likely did not know he had been videotaped, but knew that Brandon would report the incident to police and perhaps recognized the vehicle.... BB shooting was Oct. 2 with CV Jeep and he drove Melani to American Forks Nov. 14th with the new Kia? MOO
BBM. I can confirm to first reading about the Rogue (mentioned together with Chad's car) in fb comments without any attribution. That info was then repeated here and it wasn't deleted at first.
